I have only 1 pillow and the pillow was too soft. Usually in 4 stars hotel, there are 2 pillows per person.

Un hotel bueno pero dificil de encontrar al llegar
Pros:

Es bien umbicado en una ciudad complicada. Personal muy agradable hablando varios idiomas. Buen desayuno en un salón bonito.

Cons:

A los que tienen maletas pesada no es aconsejable, hay que subir una ladera antes de llegar al ascensor. No tiene aparcamiento, pero normalmente se consigue sitio para aparcar no muy lejos. Muy muy muy dificil de encontrar al llegar. Mi sugerencia es al llegar, llamar pronto al hotel para instruciones.

Excellent Hotel Experience in Ragusa Ibla
Pros:

Location in relation to parking and walking to the city center was exceptional. The walk to the hotel from the street parking was a short climb, about 60 yards, but the ability to use an elevator to access the hotel and upper level paths to the city saved much effort. Breakfast buffet was also exceptional, far more than the typical European bread based breakfast.
