We just stayed for two nights but It was a very pleasant stay
Pros:

We used the very nice indoor swimming pool. And in the summer, one can reach that from the nice garden as well. Breakfast was adequate, fresh bread rolls, practical and very important: good coffee. Staff: personal and friendly. Bonus surprise, the pizzeria that is connected to the hotel - and it was not a disturbance at all. We have not used it, but friends from us from that region recommended it.

Pros:

L’Hotel ha una gestione familiare ed i proprietari sono disponibili e gentili.
La posizione era ottima nelle vicinanze di Bolzano ma anche Merano, ovviamente spostandosi in auto.

Cons:

Non abbiamo avuto salviette aggiuntive da utilizzare per la piscina, ma magari è stato un disguido..
L’ingresso esterno dell’Hotel potrebbe essere reso più luminoso e accogliente.

Personale accogliente e gentile.
Parcheggio spazioso gratuito.. camera semplice ma con gli essenziali comfort.
La struttura dista 30 minuti da Merano e 10 minuti da Bolzano.

Cons:

Consiglierei di scrivere all'ingresso su quale dei citofoni bisogna suonare, nel caso in cui il receptionist non sia ancora arrivato..poiché ci sono due nominativi e non ci sono indicazioni specifiche.
