This hotel really made our stay in Ortisei and the views were beautiful! Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, they were cleaned and made every morning. Breakfast was amazing and made by the incredible hosts! Amazing location :) Would highly recommend!

Very quaint, family run establishment. It felt very intimate and welcoming! The breakfast was phenomenal and it was a great location
The shower was a bit odd. It had a movable shower head that kept sliding down and wouldn’t stay in place. Also, the shower head was in the middle of the shower tube with only half the shower covered with glass door. For this reason, the bathroom became very wet when we would shower
We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before our check-in which was super helpful, it was a great room with a beautiful view of the town. The owner was lovely and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable they also provided breakfast included which had a great variety of options. The hotel was also very close to the centre of ortesei, the cable cars and the surrounding restaurants and cafes. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone travelling to Ortesei!
Great accommodation in a charming town, right in the center of Ortisei. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the room was clean with very comfortable beds. We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the area so much that we’re already planning to come back - it’s truly special.
The area is known to be expensive, and to be fair this hotel isn’t among the pricier options — but the price still didn’t quite match the amenities. It’s hard not to notice that the same level of comfort would cost around 60-75% less back home.

We were worried as we stayed during a heat wave and there’s no air conditioning however it wasn’t a problem, it cools down in the evening and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature, opening windows brought in enough cool air
Breakfast was decent including cold cuts of meat, cheese, bread, cereal, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, boiled egg option only, coffee/tea, juice, water, biscuits, cakes and pastries
Up a hill so if you don’t have a car and need to walk up with luggage it’s a bit of work, not for those who may have mobility issues etc but fine for us was doable

Time of break fast was 7 to 9 only to early for me.
Rest all was excellent.
Great location, within walking distance of both Seceda and Alpa de Suise lifts! Hosts were amazing, helped us with any questions we had! It was also super clean! Overall amazing stay, would definitely come back.

Äußerst dürftiges Frühstück. Noch nicht einmal ein Rührei bekommt man, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Käse und Schinken meist nur auf Nachfrage, weil die Platten fast leer waren, wenn man nicht der Erste beim Frühstück ist. Ende des Frühstücks bereits um 09:30 Uhr, was für ein Urlaubshotel alles andere als kundenorientiert ist.
Das Zimmer war total in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung funktionierte kaum. Wir haben mit dem Fön das Bad erwärmt. Abends und nachts war die Heizung komplett aus.
Völlig unpassender Toilettendeckel. Bad-Armaturen und Fliesen von „anno Tobak“. Totaler Renovierungsstau.
