Gastgeber nach außen freundlich … ansonsten spart er aber auf Kosten seiner Gäste an allem.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt beim Haus.

Cons:

Äußerst dürftiges Frühstück. Noch nicht einmal ein Rührei bekommt man, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Käse und Schinken meist nur auf Nachfrage, weil die Platten fast leer waren, wenn man nicht der Erste beim Frühstück ist. Ende des Frühstücks bereits um 09:30 Uhr, was für ein Urlaubshotel alles andere als kundenorientiert ist.
Das Zimmer war total in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung funktionierte kaum. Wir haben mit dem Fön das Bad erwärmt. Abends und nachts war die Heizung komplett aus.
Völlig unpassender Toilettendeckel. Bad-Armaturen und Fliesen von „anno Tobak“. Totaler Renovierungsstau.

The staff were amazing! super friendly and always happy to help with any questions, all with a smile!
The room was bigger than we expected, and the room's kitchen was great!
Beautiful view.
10/10!

Cons:

The room was missing a sealed curtain for the shower window, and the hotel did not have an elevator. We stayed on the top floor, which made carrying our baggage quite challenging.

The most attentive staff and cosy rooms
Pros:

I had such a fantastic stay at Garni Panoramik. The staff were SO attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was provided every morning. Rooms are very clean. Location was close to town as well, 8 minutes walk.

Cons:

Walk to accomodation was a bit steep.
