Very smooth communication via WhatsApp to check in as I was arriving outside of their working hours.
Small hotel very well located, can do everything walking. There is a guide with restaurants, thanks for the tip I went to 3 of them.
Bus stop is 5mn away.
Bedding perfect, great heater.
Just as information: some stairs to arrive to the hotel and inside even if there is a lift for those with walking issues.

The toilet seat was difficult to reach due to extremely small space between bidet and toilet seat. It was rather cold and took a long time to heat the room via A/C.
Note: We were placed in Villa Chiara, another accommodation close by, owned by the same company.
La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación y el baño amplios. La habitación dispone de armario y las camas son cómodas. La amabilidad del gerente y su disposición a solucionar los problemas que se presentaron. La climatización funciona bien y de noche no se escuchan ruidos.
El acceso es complicado si se va con maletas pesadas, hay muchas escaleras para llegar al hotel. En nuestra habitación hubo un problema en el baño con un grifo estropeado por el que no paraba de salir agua que nos obligó a cerrar la llave del agua hasta el día siguiente en que se solucionó. También coincidió que estaban reparando el tejado y a primera hora empezaban a trabajar con taladros haciendo mucho ruido. Comprendo la necesidad de hacer obras pero se debería avisar.
Eché de menos no tener posibilidad de desayunar.
La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Taormina, a unos pasos de Corso Umberto, la calle principal. Al estar en un callejón con escaleras muy tranquilo no se escuchan ruidos molestos de la calle. La comunicación con el gerente fue buena en todo momento, tanto para informarnos de cómo acceder a nuestras habitaciones como para atender rápidamente algún problema de mantenimiento que surgió. Se pueden dejar las maletas después del check-out si hace falta. Las habitaciones son correctas, de tamaño suficiente, buen climatizador, camas bastante cómodas y baño con secador de toallas. Hay armario, mueble con cajones y neverita.
Para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir bastantes escaleras y dentro del edificio aún hay algún peldaño más al salir del ascensor. No es una opción para alguien con mala movilidad.
Estaban reformando la planta de arriba y un día a primera hora de la mañana ya empezaron a taladrar sobre nuestras cabezas. Ya estábamos despiertos, pero son cosas que deberían advertirse por parte de la gerencia.
La cama era muy cómoda y el escritorio también.
El desayuno no existió, ya que no funcionaba la cafetera para poder tomar algo antes de salir. debimos desayunar en otros lugares pagando el mismo. Las escalinatas para llegar al lugar no están informadas en la pagina y eso es algo muy importante para mi al momento de contratar un hotel.
