Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesondere der Chefin. Am Ende der Saison ist das nicht selbstverständlich.

Pros:

La posizione della struttura,la camera arredata in perfetto stile Altoatesino,il bagno moderno, l'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa.
Nota di merito va anche per la cucina,piatti tipici eseguiti in maniera egregia,colazione da favola.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto forse la mancanza del bidet nel nostro bagno

Nulla, forse l’unica indicazione mancante era che la frazione di Malles Venosta in cui si trova l’hotel e’ molto distante dal paese (circa 10 km)
