Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sicuramente presto ci tornerò, la struttura è vicina al mare e alle maggiori attrazioni di Rimini, comoda sia per i mezzi di trasporto ma anche per auto. La gentilezza dei proprietari è immensa, ci hanno offerto la colazione l'ultimo giorno prima di andarcene nonostante non fosse previsto, ci tornerei subito, le camere sono pulite e ben ordinate

E' andato tutto molto bene.
Pros:

Albergo a conduzione familiare con un eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le camere sono silenziose, rinnovate e pulite e dotate di aria condizionata e televisore. Il gestore è una persona simpatica e capace di prevedere le necessità del cliente. Disponibile un parcheggio gratuito.
A 100 m dal mare e dalla fermata del Metromare o della linea 11 per spostarsi senza macchina tra Rimini e Riccione. Buona anche la colazione, con dolce e salato.

Cons:

Nulla. Sono rimasto soddisfatto dal soggiorno.

Absolutely nothing about the hotel.

Cons:

When we arrived the owner was already buzzed or on her way to being drunk. She was acting weird and swinging her arms around and it a light above the check in desk. When she found out we were Americans from our passports she became weird and wanted to let us know the were Ukrainian. My husband and I were very weird out by this. Then the room was like a shoe box and the bathroom was lacking a proper shower. You had to shower on the toilet. The second night the owners where getting drunk again when we came back from dinner. Then at around 1am the fire alarm started going off and you could here raised voices and laughing downstairs. They never apologized or gave an explanation. I would never stay at this place again...also it was on a sketchy end of the beach. There were many prostitutes to our shock because on booking it said that this was a safe area. The locals asked where we were staying and when we told them they confirmed it was a sketchy area. All this to say I would have never stayed here if pictures and reviews were honest.

Accogliente con personale gentile e molto disponibile. Albergo pulito. Ci tornerei...anzi ci tornerò.

Cons:

Sicuramente il bagno old style....ma funzionante perfettamente negli scarichi dell'acqua; dettaglio importante non avendo un box doccia. Colazione da arricchire;

Proprietari gentilissimi che renderanno ancora piu piacevole l'alloggio
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e pulita, l'Hotel e' tenuto molto bene.
Il Signor Fabio e sua moglie sono di una gentilezza meravigliosa, sempre pronti a venirti incontro con il sorriso.
Non avevamo la colazione inclusa, ma ce l'hanno offerta di loro sponte.
Davvero gentili

Great stay at affordable price.
Pros:

Fabio and his wife are one of the nicest and easy going people I have ever met. Made me feel like I was at home, would recommend staying there and would definitely come back.
