Pros:

Hund war kostenlos, kleiner Balkon war dabei, Zimmer hatte Rollos statt Vorhänge, kostenlose Parkplätze im hinterhof

Cons:

FRÜHSTÜCK: Buffet war nichts zufinden außer 3kuchen - man wurde mit 4Tostbrote 6scheiben Käse und 4eier für 2personen abgespeist
- zu uns wurde gesagt es gibt keine Wurst aber der Nachbartisch hat welche bekommen (extra in italienisch gefragt)

Englisch wurde schwer bis gar nicht verstanden

im Bad gab es kein duschgel oder sonstiges in diese Richtung

Lovely welcoming hotel, excellent food and good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is very relaxed, extremely clean and ran by a really warm and friendly family, who were there when needed, without suffocating. They would bring us complimentary food or drinks whilst we sat at the front terrace, and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. I would have welcomed more savoury choices for the breakfast buffet, to add to the excellent display of sweet homecooked and baked foods

Excellent customer service from owners of hotel
Pros:

Owners were super nice people, offering to cook us a meal even when we arrived late in evening. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Couldn't ask for more from such nice people.

Homey stay in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

It felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had several delicious meals at the hotel. What's more, pets are allowed!

Pros:

Hosts were very welcoming and provided great advice to us. Great air con unit in room. Very efficient.

Cons:

Facilities a little dated but very functional. Disappointed with Bookings which indicated hotel was 14 miles from Parma which in reality was more like 33kms by road

Decent hotel for early-rising travelers on a budget
Pros:

Staff was nice, low cost.

Cons:

Sound echoes through the hotel beginning before 7am. Guests and cleaning personnel slam doors without regard, sending loud noises through uninsulated rooms. Breakfast was basically bread and cookies, nothing hot. If you need a taxi, the meter starts at about €20 because they call the car from Fidenza. Not a great or restful stay.
