Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato tre adulti ed il nostro labrador di 8 anni. L'accoglienza è stata speciale. Ci sono piaciuti moltissimo i servizi di questo hotel, il personale gentilissimo e molto professionale, gli spazi curati, il rooftop con paesaggio che ti lascia senza fiato, la spa ed i proprietari gentilissimi. Tutto ciò allietato da una cucina molto buona e raffinata sia a colazione che a cena.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great place - very well designed, decorated and furnished The room we had was specious and comfortable with a great view of the mountains.
I can clearly say that the hotel was perfectly managed by the staff - everything was organized very well with attention to the smallest detail.

We spent 6 nights there and it was magnificent - great breakfast, great dinner, great view from the room. There was a shuttle service to drive you each morning to the slopes and then on request - drive you back.

Ski store room was spacious with enough racks for your equipment.

Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Cons:

Nothing to add here - I was trying to think of something just as a recommendation but everything was so well done to the smallest detail....

Pros:

Loved my stay here, the hotel facilities, staff, breakfast - everything was perfect
Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks, amazing view while having breakfast was a huge bonus.
Hotel employees were super nice, always helpful and friendly.

Sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in einem sehr schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Bei anhaltend warmer Witterung kann es etwas mühsam sein, auf Skiern zurück zum Hotel zu kommen wegen Schneemangel auf dem Ziehweg zum Hotel.

Only stayed for 3 nights - but would happily spend much more time there, or return in summer.
Pros:

Fabulous location on hill outside Selva with beautiful views from the dining room and roof top terrace. The bar and reception areas are small but beautifully appointed. All decorations inside the hotel are thoughtfully placed and provide a lovely alpine feel. The ski locker room is easily accessed with the internal lift.

Cons:

We had the Tyrol suite which was a good size with a second room with a single bed. Unfortunately this room is on the rear of the hotel and views from the 2 balconies was onto a rear parking area, which was generally quiet.
Could've done with more shelving inside the wardrobes for clothing or provision of a chest of draws. Also more hanging hooks for the ski clothing to be aired at end of a busy skiing day.

Extremely positive to my first stay here. Will definitely come back!
Pros:

All the staff was extremely friendly and treated you as a highly valued guest.
Common areas has the highest standard, and also the wellness area. Room standard is more normal.
Food quality was very high (both breakfast and dinner) and presentation as well as service on highest level.
Shuttle service to the lift in the mornings was very convenient
