Ideal base for rail travellers visiting or passing through Bari
Pros:

A friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, good facilities, an excellent breakfast (we're vegan and did well) and a convenient location for the station and for visiting the interesting town of Bari. Nice building too. Helpful staff looked after our luggage for a few hours after checkout and booked us a taxi to the port, although one could also walk or take a bus.

Cons:

Don't make the mistake of going to the old, empty hotel Moderno (still on Google Maps), as we did. Fortunately they're not far apart.
