Pros:

The environment was beautiful, especially the sky swimming pool. The staff were very friendly, and the food was great — the seafood night in particular was excellent.

Cons:

I booked two rooms for myself and my friends and contacted the hotel half a month before our arrival to request that the rooms be arranged close to each other. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were given rooms on different floors. When I asked the staff about this, I was told that “in the future, send an email in advance,” even though I had already done so. This response made me very upset, as it felt dismissive and did not acknowledge the effort I made to communicate ahead of time.

Additionally, during breakfast there were many flies in the buffet area, which made the dining experience uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Overall, these issues affected our stay, and I hope the hotel can improve room assignment communication and breakfast hygiene for future guests.

Un posto da sogno, da provare una volta nella vita.
Stagione perfetta, nessuno sui sentieri o per la strada. Ristorante eccellente, servizio ottimo, personale gentilissimo e proprietari che vivono l'hotel, quindi è tutto perfetto ed in ordine.

Pros:

Location: Perfectly positioned, with easy access to both the village and the surrounding ski resorts. It made exploring the area very easy by car while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of each day.

Rooms: Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. After long days on the slopes, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The attention to detail, quality of the furnishings, and overall comfort made it feel like a true luxury retreat.

Dining: The restaurant was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations, with genuinely superb food quality throughout our stay.

Bar & Aperitivo: One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the bar. Whether enjoying an aperitivo before dinner or relaxing with a drink in the evening, it always felt friendly, cosy, and inviting.

Facilities: The facilities are truly next level and incomparable to anything I have experienced in Dolomiti. We had an incredible sauna experience, and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel where I’ve enjoyed the wellness offering as much as I did here. Every detail felt carefully considered, creating the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day on the slopes.

And finally, a small detail that brought a smile to my face every single day: the heated ski lockers. Staying the day to warm, dry boots each morning was such a luxury and perfectly sums up the attention to detail that makes this hotel so special.

An exceptional stay from start to finish, and one I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.
