Fabulous family owned resort with excellent wellness spa to spoil yourself after a great day in the slopes . Excellent breakfast options and delicious dinner menus with meals all prepared on site. Shuttle service to ski lift and helpful staff to n hand to ensure a great stay

Hotel Gran Paradis is an exceptional boutique hotel. It was immaculately clean; warm, friendly and hospitable staff; facilities were perfect for our family of four. The food was excelllent and diverse during our 4 night stay and extremely accommodating to my celiac/gluten free spouse. Creative and delicious Dinner 3-4 courses plus a salad bar, with exquisite service. Breakfast easy and filling with varieties of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and breads. The rooms were cozy, but elegant and had a clean chalet style. Had all the amenities to relax and enjoy downtime.Wonderful views of mountains everywhere. The facilities were perfect to relax;two saunas to accommodate - textile free sauna and swimsuit sauna, warm solarium, spacious pool and relaxing outdoor hot tub. The staff are very kind in this family run hotel. We also enjoyed the hotel bar to relax with our family to play cards. Ski shuttle in hotel parking lot made my hard to impress sons very happy! Location in town is perfect and access to surrounding trails ensured we didn’t use our car the entire trip- we could walk easily to everything. Free outdoor parking was also nice but there is indoor garage parking. We travel in Europe frequently and this hotel is everything we were looking for: excellent service; clean, modern rooms; facilities to relax; great location; delicious, fresh food; and a welcoming family environment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a cherished guest. It's almost magical how, after just one day, they seem to know your every preference and treat you with the utmost kindness. Their attention to detail is truly exceptional.
And let's talk about the location – nestled in the midst of the breathtaking Dolomite scenery. The beauty of the surroundings is beyond words, truly awe-inspiring. It's exactly what you'd expect and more.
But the wonder doesn't stop there. The entire journey was a delight. The room was cozy and inviting, boasting a view that took my breath away. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the level of service provided was top-notch.
Let's not forget the culinary experiences offered. The breakfast spread was a delightful way to start the day, and the three-course dinner was an absolute highlight, complete with unexpected culinary surprises that delighted my taste buds.
To sum it up, every aspect of my stay was beyond excellent. This place has truly mastered the art of creating an unforgettable experience – from the warm hospitality to the stunning location, from the comfortable rooms to the delectable meals. It's a destination that lingers in your memory, beckoning you to return.
