Pros:

Персонал привітний, номер був великий, комфортний, прибирали відповідально, стосовно харчування то зауважень не маю, все смачно.
Відмічу, що їхнє домашнє вино буде смачне)))

Nice room, weird attitude.
Pros:

The room was very cozy. It was very clean, warm and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were there with many other groups of people and since the breakfast wasn't replenished, we didn't really get much from the buffet (even though we went at 8:00, breakfast started at 7:30). The attitude was a bit weird - we were constantly told we can't sit at certain tables because they were "reserved" for some one else. When we started sitting at the table they told as, after a few days they told us we can't sit there either because now someone else needs the table and we were moved again to a table in the back. Not a good feeling, felt like we really weren't valued. Felt a bit like high school with the "popular kids" (like some customers have reserved tables for some reason and some customers for unknown reasons are less valuable so they can just be moved whenever needed):D. They have a spa, which was great, but we were only allowed to go for 40 minutes which was cut short because other guests were taking longer than their "booked" time and left quite a mess after which the spa area wasn't that nice.

Excellent hotel, will hopefully be back again in the future.
Pros:

The position of the hotel was great, ample parking, excellent sauna and jacuzzi.

bed was comfortable, room was spacious and warm.

Excellent value for money

Cons:

Wish the timing of the jacuzzi and sauna was not restricted to 1 specific hour but this may have been because of a large party being in the hotel.

Super ski location
Pros:

Hotel is located in a small tiwn Cogolo and by staying there you have oportunity to visit Flogardia- di Campiglio- Pinonzzolo ski area, Pejo 300 ski resort and Passo Tonalle ski resort at the same ski trip with superskirama ski pass all of that guarantees you expectional skiing hollidays.
Hotell staff is very plesant food is great and the cleanliness is exeptional!
