Great stay.
Pros:

Great location, right in the middle of town. The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and had a good shower.

Cons:

The mattresses should be replaced. While still comfortable, the matresses are sufficiently worn that you can feel some springs.

Excellent stay in a very good accommodation.
Pros:

Room and bed were large. Room and bathroom were clean. Teas and coffee were plenty and free sherry and bottled water were a nice touch.
