Great Location, friendly staff, Room clean and we used all the facilities no problem (Iron/hairdryer/kettle/ robes)
The welcome sherry was a nice touch and we had good Communication from the time of booking up to arrival.
Top floor Room 6 was spacious and had a comfy bed at the front of the building with pretty views (albeit noisy road, but you can’t have it all)
Bath Robes were a nice touch too !
It was a pretty little town with plenty of places to eat breakfast / meals and vintage shops !

On first appearance coming through the entrance and up the stairs it looked a little grubby / worn with marks on the carpet. I was a bit concerned to how the room would be, be there were no problems.
The parking was a little bit of a faff due to street time restrictions and the main paid car park being closed, so you had to look around for suitable parking and keep moving the car, that said the location made up for the faff.
The shower needed a little bit of ‘jiggery poker’ to get on full mode or it would just run half master, this was reported to the friendly staff!
Lovely room, very central. Extremely clean.
Whole town was basically closed. Battled to find an open pub or restaurant. This could have been communicated.

Bathroom had mould on the celling. The towel radiator didn’t work and dripped water so whole bathroom floor was wet. Dripped onto toilet roll so that was all wet. Not toilet roll holder.

Second time I've stayed here. Prime Cotswold town at a good price with help ful owners and an easy staffless check in. It is rare for staffless checkins to be this easy.

The location was very good. Its in the main market and since its a small village, it was quiet
The room size is too small. It just fits one double bed and there is not much space left. The heater rod in the bathroom didn't work
The bed was comfy. Room a little small and on the top floor so not suitable for elderly but we were fine as we didn't really have luggage...very close to all the nice restaurants and there was a lovely cafe nearby where we could wait to check in at 4. The communication was good although there was no staff around.

Die Unterkunft war okay für die zwei Nächte, die wor dort waren. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Bad saniert und sauber war. Einen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe problemlos gefunden. Außerdem ist die Lage mitten in der Stadt super, dennoch war es ruhig beim Schlafen. Man konnte schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung (Upper Slaughter, Bourton-on-the-Water ...) machen.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vorhänge und der Teppichboden waren sehr dreckig. In der Nachttischschublade war noch zurückgelassener Müll von den vorherigen Nutzern.
Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Das Gepäck stand im Weg und es gab keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen.

The location was incredible! And the bed was extremely comfy.
I didn't not like anything, but it would be easier if there was a shower! But I knew there wasn't when I booked the room.
