Pros:

- Era más grande de lo que me esperaba, pero tenía una cama grande, que para uso individual, no era necesaria, y ocupaba espacio de la habitación.
- El balcón permitía airear la habitación cuando hacía mucho calor.
- Hay persiana, que va muy bien para evitar la entrada de luz por la noche.
- El personal era amable y atento.
- Me pareció caro para lo que ofrecía, comparando con tantos lugares a los que he viajado, pero es verdad que los hoteles en Milán son bastante caros.

Cons:

- El hotel es viejo.
- El colchón es muy duro e incómodo. Me pareció de baja calidad. El plástico que le han puesto lo empeora.
- Hay mucho ruido exterior. Parecen máquinas o motores. No conseguí saber qué era. No se puede dormir sin tapones.
- El televisor es imposible por la posición y por el tamaño. No se ve a esa altura, pero además funciona mal. Cuesta mucho conectarlo (hay dos mandos y dos aparatos de conexión). Además, sus luces piloto molestan mucho por la noche para dormir.
- La ducha es incómoda (muy estrecha): Te golpeas y te quemas con el metal de la tubería del agua caliente.
- La ubicación está bien si quieres coger trenes en la estación, pero para ir al centro de Milán hay que moverse en metro. Está demasiado lejos.
- Los enchufes están el lugares incómodos. No son prácticos.
- El barrio es injustificadamente caro, simplemente porque está la estación, pero está bastante degradado. No es una zona agradable. Había muchísma policía (diversos tipos diferentes) en la estación, lo que denota que no es una zona segura. Estaban allí con ocasión de los juegos olímpicos, pero dudo que están siempre...

Pros:

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

Eu tentei mudar minha reserva para mais um dia e incluir uma pessoa e eles informaram que não tinha quarto para dois. É estranho pq eu vi um quarto com cama de casal. Achei meio inflexíveis.

朝食は付いてないので、私が朝7時に部屋を出て鍵をかけてホテル近くのバールにコーヒーを飲みにいった所、15分位ですぐ帰ってきたが私の部屋を開けて掃除していた。すぐに帰ってくるつもりだったので荷物も出しっぱなしにしていたので、ビックリしてゾっとして泣きそうだった。鍵は毎回受付に置いていかなければならないシステムで、掃除お願いしますの札もないのでどうしようもない。
部屋が絨毯で埃がすごくて喘息が出て辛かった。もう泊まらない。

assolutamente nulla

Cons:

un hotel senza reception h24 o almeno self , in cui ti chiudono la notte letteralmente sequestrandoti nell hotel ....non puoi uscire e non puoi fare tardi e tornare dopo cena quando ti pare.....hai un coprifuoco stabilito da loro. tra l altro maleducati e cafoni, quando ho detto che non volvo stare ''chiuso a chiave'' in albergo dicendo che sarei andato in un altro albergo, hanno fatto spallucce e non hanno voluto ne' rimborsare nè ci hanno fatto fattura nonostante fosse stato pagato con carta aziendale

Calidad familiar, hospitalidad y excelente ubicación (frente a Milano Central).
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el recibimiento y la amabilidad de Lena. Siempre fue muy cariñosa y preocupada. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Todo muy cómodo y limpio.

Ужасный персонал. Множество ограничений в отеле. Нельзя гостей, нет элементарно воды. Ужасно грязно. Вся ванная комната была в чьих-то волосах. Очень нужные администраторы. Чехол для магнитного ключа это конечно же шедевр. Тебе каждый раз про это напоминают. Нельзя открыть окно после 9 вечера, так как у них работает общая вентиляция. Уходить надо утром до 9-10, потому что у них уборка номеров. Что они там убирают непонятно, исключительно новые полотенца. Отель закрыт с 1 до 5 утра, об этом ты узнаешь уже после бронирования. Категорически не рекомендую. За эту же цену можно найти приличнее место. Ушел из отеля на завтрак, а когда пришел меня ждало уже ведро на входе. Будто администраторы ворвались сразу в номер, чтобы посмотреть вдруг я его разнес весь. Ведро до ухода стояло около стола.
