Au calme et dans une chambre spacieuse (pour 2 personnes)
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes, machine à laver disponible et possibilité de faire sécher le linge dans la salle de bain.
Situation calme

Cons:

Les stores ne sont pas occultant et on est réveillés par le soleil (qui se lève tôt :-) )

Pros:

おそらく、アパートをホテルに変えているので、基本設備が多い。お風呂（テレビ、浴室乾燥付）、冷蔵庫（かなり冷えてる）、キッチン、洗濯機があり、連泊してる人にはとても良いと思う。

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けたが、スタッフが日本語が通じず困った。

楽しい旅になりました。
Pros:

荷物を早くに預かって貰えました。
また、1泊でしたが洗濯、乾燥も出来て良かったです！
簡易椅子も数脚用意されて、部屋で簡単にご飯が食べられたのも良かったです。

Cons:

バス、トイレは清潔でしたが、トイレホルダーが取れた穴が数箇所空いていて、出来ればそこは塞いであると見た目が良かったかもしれません。

Agréablement surprise, je m'attendais à moins bien !
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé à 500m métro et bus. Rue calme.
Il n'y avait personne à notre arrivée mais la clé et les instructions avaient été laissées à notre attention. Chambre propre et lits très confortables.
Lave-linge OK et petite cuisine
Salle de bain douche wc OK
Clim fonctionne bien

Cons:

Peu d'espace pour ranger ses affaires dans la chambre et la salle de bain comme indiqué par d'autres commentaires, mais c'est un détail.

Pros:

Our room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, bathrooms well-maintained.
Smooth check-in process. Appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggages before check in and after checkout.
Good location-- it was in a quiet neighbourhood, and close to Nijo Castle, train / bus stations, a supermarket, and some nice food places.

Pros:

Check in saatinden önce varmamıza rağmen oda hazır olduğu için hemen giriş yapabildik. Konum olarak sakin bir semtte. Metro istasyonlarına yakın. Oda temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Valiz bırakma imkanı olması avantaj. Tekrar gelsem kalırım.

Cons:

Oda biraz dardı. Fazla valizle hareket etmek zor olabilir.

Clean and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need!
Pros:

I was impressed with this place and I would stay here again. It was like staying in a studio apartment. The bed was comfortable, there was a small kitchenette area, AC/heater unit, and a washer (no dryer but a hang drying mechanism is provided). The lighting options in this place were great. The kitchen table and chair are on the floor, but I enjoyed using it and embracing the Japanese culture. Compared to most small Japanese accommodations, this place had plenty of room for 1-2 people.

Cons:

When you first enter the main office and hallway in the property, the carpets are dirty and need to be replaced. But the carpets in the room were clean and the room was clean.
