自己重新清潔過後，整體居住是蠻舒適及空間寬敞
Pros:

房間裡面的設備(例如：洗衣機/浴缸/微波爐/冰箱/獨立和室空間⋯⋯)齊全，非常方便

Cons:

*室內是地毯，感覺沒有落實清潔，到處都是白白的屑屑及落髮。
*洗衣機很髒，洗衣機裡面卡長久累積的洗衣服垢，洗完衣服都是灰色的毛絮。
*新毛巾必須自己跟櫃檯索取才有，使用完毛巾要自己拿給櫃檯。

設備や立地は問題なし
Pros:

立地が良くて歩ける距離に色々あった

Cons:

予約時と宿泊時で税額が変更になったため、チェックイン時に差額を払うことになっていたが当日全額請求されたため確認してもらうのに少し時間がかかった。すぐ確認に動いてもらえたらもう少し気持ちよく入室できたと思う

観光重視で泊まるだけなら自宅感覚ですごせる
Pros:

自分のアパートの様に過ごせた。
歩いてすぐの所に夜間休めの駐車場もあって便利。
夜間、朝早くでも出入り自由だったので凄く良かったです。

Cons:

泊まった部屋のエアコンのメーカーが聞いていたメーカーと違っていた。
泊まるだけだったから、朝早く出掛けて、夜遅く帰ってきたのでフロントに誰もいなかったので、後払いの宿泊税がかかりますって内容のメッセージはあったけど、払うにはどうしたらいいかの案内がなかったけど、最後たまたまフロントで払う事が出来て良かったです。

Pros:

La posizione centrale,vicino alla metro in una zona silenziosa. L'appartamento con cucina e lavatrice molto utile per chi sta più giorni. In reception la signora ci ha aiutato ed è stata molto disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio.

Pros:

La struttura viene più gestita come residence. Le camere sono come degli appartamenti, bellissime e veramente spaziose. Ma Non vengono rifatte per tutto il periodo del vostro soggiorno. Alla reception c'è un' area dove potete usufruire di asciugamani per la doccia, sacchetti spazzatura ed altro.
Il check in e il check out lo fate in autonomia.

Cons:

Ero convinta di aver prenotato un Hotel, quindi di poter usufruire di alcuni servizi che solitamente gli hotel forniscono, come rifacimento delle camere.
Il servizio della ricezione bagagli è ok, ma non c'è stato nessun controllo che i bagagli fossero effettivamente nostri o di qualcun'altro.
Il servizio dei bagagli ad altro albergo non viene gestito da loro, ma sulla parete ti consigliano l' utilizzo di un'applicazione smartphone per poterlo gestire in autonomia
