War ein recht kurzer aber doch guter und schöner Aufenthalt. Personal an der Rezeption hat auch gut englisch gesprochen.

Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt aus dem 7. Stock.

Das Wasser hat ein wenig verschimmelt gerochen als es noch kalt war…

Pros:

スタッフの方が日本の方ではなかったので案内が少し聞き取りにくい事はありましたが、丁寧な対応で好感が持てました。

Cons:

前回宿泊したお部屋に比べると狭く感じ、窓からの景色が民家ばかりでした。前回も感じたのですがお風呂の排水が悪かったです。

コリアタウン近い所

Cons:

受付が外人で予約が無いと焦らされた点。何カ月も前に予約し、数日前に支払い完了したのに、どうゆう管理システム？旅行客からしたら滅茶苦茶焦るワードだよ。鶴橋なんて他のホテル少ないのに。

シンプルなホテル
Pros:

駅から少し歩きますが、コリアンタウンのすぐ側にあり、それが目的の場合はとても便利です。朝食は、数もあり、よかったです。部屋もサービスもシンプルですが、色々な物の貸し出しが無料なので、子供がたくさん借りてきて満足そうでした。

Cons:

部屋にあるバスタブの排水溝がかなり匂ってトイレやお風呂に入る度に不快でした。

Cons:

夜フロントの方がホテル税の領収書はチェックアウトの時でと仰っていたが、翌日の女性スタッフ（他にもスタッフが数人居た）がそのまま有難う御座いました。と言ったまま終了したのでホウレンソウ連携不足なのかなと感じた。
