綺麗、清潔、コスパ良し！
Pros:

鶴橋駅近くという場所から想像するイメージとは異なり、素敵な雰囲気のホテルです。大阪にはまた行くので利用します。

もう迷わず行ける(笑)
Pros:

コリアンタウンに行きたくて近いホテルを選びました。値段も安くホテルも思ったよりきれいで良かったです。コリアンタウンの地図が欲しくて調べたらAIがファイブホテルでもらえますと出てきて泊るとこだ！と得な気持ちになりました。地図はもちろんいただきましたありがとうございました。

Cons:

コリアンタウンに近い分駅から離れていてすこし迷ってしまったこともあり余計遠く感じました。お部屋はとてもキレイ！と思ったのですが浴槽の排水？下の栓ではなく上側にあふれないようにか穴があるのですがそこが黒カビがすごく。ハイターかけた方がいいと思います。
お水が1本ついていたのはありがたかったですがお茶やコーヒーのパックはついていませんでした。安いからしょうがないのかなと思いましたが今まで泊ったホテルで付いてないのは初めてで探してしまいました(笑)

とにかく綺麗で、広くて、他の部屋の音が聞こえなくて、スタッフさんが丁寧で、凄く良いホテルでした。
あとロケーション、周りに色々な飲食店があり良かった。

どこへいくにもアクセスがよいコスパの良いホテル
Pros:

鶴橋駅やコリアタウンへのアクセスが良い
飲食店がたくさんある。
部屋が綺麗。奈良でのライブのため宿泊したが、奈良へのアクセスも良かった。
駐車場が近くにあった。土日は少し割高でした。

Cons:

朝食は美味しかったが、もう少し種類があると良い。朝食会場にたくさんの人がおり、入り切れないほどでした。宿泊者数の割にレストランが広くないと感じた。

Die ruhige Lage, mit 10 Gehminuten durch das quirlige, saubere Marktgassenviertel vom Bahnhof Tsuruhashi. Freundliches Personal, Amenity Bar (Toilettenartikel & Heißgetränke für Zimmerverzehr)

友達と一緒で楽しかった。
Pros:

大阪、鶴橋コリアンタウンにとても近か便利だった。荷物（キャリー）もチェックイン・アウト以外の時間でも気持ちよく預かってもらってとても助かりました。
ウェルカムドリンクもあり嬉しかった。
スタッフの方々も親切だった。
お風呂への段差も少なくて膝の痛い私にはありがたかった。

Cons:

鶴橋駅から少し離れてるのでキャリーを引きながらは疲れた。
