J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

J'ai plutôt l'habitude de voyager dans des auberges de jeunesse et des guest house, il était donc très appréciable de pouvoir profiter du confort d'un hôtel à un tel prix. Le lit était confortable, tout était fourni, même un petit-déjeuner est disponible ! L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, proche du tram et du bus.

温かい飲み物がフリーでいただける。
また、サービスで朝食にトーストを提供している模様。
市電の駅からアクセスがよく、最寄りのラッキーピエロは他店舗と比べて空いている。

壁はコンクリートの打ちっぱなしで、気になる人もいるかもしれない。
私は何も気にはならなかった。
部屋の入口の電気が枕元のスイッチで消えないのは少し不便かも。

のんびりできた函館の夜（連泊）
Pros:

朝食のパン、コーヒーのサービスは、ともにおいしくて良かったです。
部屋の広さや設備、アメニティも十分でした。部屋の天井が高く、窮屈さを感じませんでした。
ホテルの出入りの際、鍵を預けず自由に出入りできたのは煩雑さがなくありがたかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったのは、部屋が乾燥していたことです。特に、就寝時は咳が出て眠りが浅かったことで寝不足気味になりました。加湿器があればいいのですが、そうなると宿泊料金に跳ね返ってしまうのでしょうね。バスタオルを濡らしておく等の工夫が必要なのかもしれません。
あと、出入口のドアが勢いよく締まり、バタン！と大きな音が出ます。自分はいいのですが、周囲に人がいたらびっくりすると思いますので、ゆっくり閉まる装置があるといいと思います。

1〜2泊であればコスパ良く快適。
Pros:

五稜郭が徒歩圏内、セイコーマート近く、コーヒーやモーニングのサービス、お部屋、スタッフさんの対応など、全体的にとても良かったです。
自転車も無料で借りることができました。

Cons:

洗濯機・乾燥機がないため、洗濯する場合は離れたところにあるコインランドリーまで赴く必要があります。

朝イチで五稜郭入場できます
Pros:

お部屋は整然とされており、レンタルサイクルや朝食が無料利用で助かりました。函館駅からは遠いですが、五稜郭には近く、五稜郭前の有名なラーメン屋さんやハンバーガーショップも夕食時には活用できました。

I believe there is only the ground level on which there are rooms but it was very calm. Also I felt safe as a woman travelling alone.
