のんびりできた函館の夜（連泊）
Pros:

朝食のパン、コーヒーのサービスは、ともにおいしくて良かったです。
部屋の広さや設備、アメニティも十分でした。部屋の天井が高く、窮屈さを感じませんでした。
ホテルの出入りの際、鍵を預けず自由に出入りできたのは煩雑さがなくありがたかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったのは、部屋が乾燥していたことです。特に、就寝時は咳が出て眠りが浅かったことで寝不足気味になりました。加湿器があればいいのですが、そうなると宿泊料金に跳ね返ってしまうのでしょうね。バスタオルを濡らしておく等の工夫が必要なのかもしれません。
あと、出入口のドアが勢いよく締まり、バタン！と大きな音が出ます。自分はいいのですが、周囲に人がいたらびっくりすると思いますので、ゆっくり閉まる装置があるといいと思います。

1〜2泊であればコスパ良く快適。
Pros:

五稜郭が徒歩圏内、セイコーマート近く、コーヒーやモーニングのサービス、お部屋、スタッフさんの対応など、全体的にとても良かったです。
自転車も無料で借りることができました。

Cons:

洗濯機・乾燥機がないため、洗濯する場合は離れたところにあるコインランドリーまで赴く必要があります。

朝イチで五稜郭入場できます
Pros:

お部屋は整然とされており、レンタルサイクルや朝食が無料利用で助かりました。函館駅からは遠いですが、五稜郭には近く、五稜郭前の有名なラーメン屋さんやハンバーガーショップも夕食時には活用できました。

Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel.
I believe there is only the ground level on which there are rooms but it was very calm. Also I felt safe as a woman travelling alone.

Neat modernized look with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Good location next to the park and many restaurants. 25 minutes ride on a bus from hakodate train and center

Great location!
Pros:

Travelled with 2 friends and was a great price to have a room each. Rooms had everything you needed and were very clean. Staff were also very friendly. Location was great, very close to many attractions and tram lines.

Cons:

You can get quite a bit of noise from the hallway but was only an issue if the other guests are loud, was fine majority of the time.

Pros:

Great location. Reasonable price and comfortable rooms. The place is located near some goryokaku park and tower. It's easier to find trams and buses to other attractions within a few steps.

Cons:

Breakfast was too simple with only bread and butter.
