Eine Nacht, vor der Weiterreise nach Norwegen war es völlig ausreichend und gut.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage m. freundlichem, serviceorientiertem Personal und Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, bei Rück- und Nachfragen zu Nahrungsmitteln, die im Buffet ausgegangen waren, wurde zeitnah Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in der Dusche war verbesserungswürdig, der Duschkopf war durch starke Verkalkung kaum zweckmäßig einzusetzen und wurde während der 2-tägigen Besuchsdauer trotz Meldung nicht ausgetauscht. Die Einrichtung des Badezimmers entspricht dem Standard und ist zweckmäßig.

Pros:

Schwiegereltern brauchten barrierefreie Unterkunft. Das war gegeben. Es war auch sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Überall hingen Verbotsschilder mit Hinweis auf Geldstrafe bei Missachtung. Dabei handelte es sich aber um gewöhnliche Dinge. Z.B. Koffer nicht aufs Bett legen. Bei Arthrose uvm. nicht immer so einfach möglich, sich tief runterzubeugen, wenn der Koffer am Boden liegt. Das Online-Check-In ist für ältere Leute nicht so glücklich. Ebenso hätten sie sich gewünscht, an der Rezeption einen Ansprechpartner zu sehen. Es war alles sehr anonym und wirkte durch die vielen Verbotsschilder nicht sehr gastfreundlich.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das selbstständige Einchecken an einem Automaten war super einfach und zu jeder Zeit am Tag möglich.
Es stand Kaffee bereit.
Der Stil der Einrichtung ist nicht Neuste aber alles ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber
