It had good facilities. The shower was good and we had a nice enough room with AC and a fan.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have fresh towels every day and more shower amenities like shampoo, conditioner and more small bars of soap as it just wasn’t enough for our 4 night stay. We also had an emergency situation where we had to get a taxi immediately to the train station which was difficult to get help with. I don’t know if this was because of a language barrier or just laziness of staff. Staff appeared to always be stood around waiting, not doing anything. Whilst me and my friend were stressing trying to get a taxi, instead of staff asking if they could be of assistance, 5 members of staff just ignored us and watched the tv behind us. I thought they were watching the cricket game but they were just watching CCTV with absolutely nothing happening so they may as well have been staring at a wall. It was very frustrating in that situation when we were desperate for help.

Remove oyo rooms from your website
Pros:

Third class property. Staff demanded more money for checkin stating room which I booked was not available and they are giving me big room. Fact is I had booked triple bedroom, they were offering me triple bedroom. I dont understand why such properties like oyo rooms are there on booking.com. Why booking.com is compromising their reputation? I dont feel like using booking.com now.

Cons:

Booking through this app lost me more money. I actually paid 5k for one night stay. They took 1k more for an early check-in. And I like 2.5 k that I paid as an advance on the app. If you had paid an advance on the app using a link it doesn't count. But you will be billed for all the days you confirmed on the app even if you want to check out early. Cleanliness - don't even talk about it, they took 5 mins to clean the room after someone checked out - so don't even ask about changing sheets etc. The room barely has space to walk around. And to top it all it has ZERO window. Occasionally whn you open the drawers or flip the blanket you will be surprised with tiny cockroaches. So my advice is to go look at the room yourself and then decide to stay. And don't make early advance payment online.
