便利で快適
Pros:

平日だったからかとても静かで快適に過ごせた。
もちろん、駅近なので電車音はするし、周りが飲食街なので外の声も聞こえましたが、普通にぐっすり眠れたし、3日連泊しましたが、駅から近くてめちゃくちゃ便利でした。　喫煙の部屋しか無いが別に部屋は臭く無かった。
掃除も綺麗にされていて不快な所は無かった。

Cons:

あまり無いです。　しいて言えばベッドの下にものが落ちてたぐらい？？　ベッドの下に自分の物が落ちたから取る時見えたぐらいなので気にはしない。

お値段からすると、コスパとタイパ最高！新宿まで徒歩で遊びに行きました。終電も気にならず最強！フロントの方も親切でした。
Pros:

施設自体は古いので、少しタバコの臭いがしたり、壁が薄めで隣の声がきこえたりは想定内。私たちは普通に快適に過ごせました。とにかく駅から近く、雑多でワイガヤ感があり、ワールドワイドな食事ができるのが刺激的で楽しかったです。

Cons:

清潔で静かなところが好きな人にはツラいかもしれません。

Great Location, Excellent Price, Definitely Recommend!

FANTASTIC LOCATION! Right next to Ōkubo Station, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. An easy walk (about 20 minutes, all flat) to Shinjuku Station and the surrounding area (3-D Cat, Godzilla, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and so much more) if you don't want to take the metro. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. You obviously hear the trains because the station is so close, but it isn't a nuisance. I am a VERY light sleeper, I used my earplugs and I slept great!
*Oh! And it is advertised as all smoking rooms (we don't smoke and we didn't see that when we booked it) but our room didn't smell like smoke AT ALL :)

Pros:

We had a smoking room, but the odor was not very strong. It was okay for the price. I was worried about the noise because the station is very close, but it was no problem at all.
