Síelés szempontjából kiváló helyen, a síterep központjában található szállás, rögtön a felvonó mellett, a pályáról közvetlenül megközelíthető. Reggelire gazdag büféválaszték, estére ízletes vacsora. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. A wellness csendes, nyugodt, jó a szauna.

Remek helyen fekvő szálloda, fantasztikusan kedves, segítőkész és közvetlen személyzettel, ami viszont a szobán sajnos nem segít....
A szobák felszerelése átlag alatti, hangszigetelése pedig pocsék. A környező szobák zajai, beszélgetései és minden ami ott történik az tisztán hallható.
Excellent location, right on the ski slope, very convenient and easy to access. Good ski room. Parking was ok. Staff were absolutely great.. they managed upon every request we had, which made the stay even more pleasant. Reception staff and Restaurant/bar staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok, not really varied, but fulfilling.
Smart TV made evenings pleasant, as Netflix, Disney+ and other apps were available and internet was good. We did not have cable TV, but it was ok.
Spa was not really up to expectations, as it was somewhat crowded and water in the pool was quite cold. Restaurant was kind of busy and availability was kind of scarce at some hours, but that was manageable.
However, the biggest setback was housekeeping, as cleaning was kind of limited, room was not really tidied up regularly.. we even requested a fillup on shower gel which was not met. But all in all, OK.
The room we had did not have a safety deposit box, but we did not ask for one, as this issue was manageable.

The ski storage is very well organised, with ski support and boots drying.
The personal was very nice and and friendly, especially: Zuzanla, Milan, Kristián, with whom we had contact every day in the morning and evening.
Very nice hotel, but is lacking vanity kit, variety of hair care (no shampoo or conditioner) only 2 in 1 shower gel.
The pillow were very poor, two were to much and one was not enough.

The light timer in the ski room is too short (only 1–3 minutes), which is not sufficient.
There is no proper desk and chair in apartment room 401. Therefore, it is not possible to sit properly and read, work,(open Notebook) or do anything that normally requires a desk.
There was no independent bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms, so it was not possible to read before sleeping.

I really enjoyed the food — it was extremely tasty and well prepared. The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind, pleasant, and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.
Access to the ski slopes was very easy directly from the ski room, including to the slope with night skiing, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a great experience. The only small suggestion would be that the ski room system could be improved
One thing I didn’t like was the parking area — it wasn’t cleaned, and it was clear that the snow hadn’t been removed for quite some time, resulting in large patches of ice. The system in the ski room could be improved.
Located few steps away from the carrier, riders with some skills can strap board just at the hotel entrance and ride till the gate of the carrier. Breakfast as expected with plenty to choose from. Separate room for wet boards/clothes. Exceptional staff.
Dinner is fancy like it supposed to be in high class restaurant - meaning - size is small and combination could be not for everyones liking. Sauna was medium hot (50*). Carpets in the room with stains.
