Staff behaviour, room was not clean, bathroom dirty

It was a bad experience. Very bad and ugly surroundings and no proper approach.

Twiggy food orders,as they can not cook properly.
Services. For almost everything you have to go reception and if 9 number is answered then the room attendant will come but in everything excuses will be ready.
Tea was full of sugar. Thermos wasn't available. In whole property 1 thermos was available.
It is like a roadside general hotel kind of feelings.
No one is there to clean up the car though ready to pay.
Morning shift incharge was not having idea about the charges. He was only interested in the payment. He couldn't even explain the difference of rates and had poor customer care.
1st Bedsheet was like some curtain. Next day proper bedsheets came after reminder. But that too it was oily. Pillows were almost broken. Pathetic.
Breakfast was not with my stay
Not receive invoice. Not from property nor from OYO. I have not able to bill the same to my company.
The staff is helpful and the room is good
I don't like their is not proper parking and also the images which they show that are different

Staffs are not responding properly on call. Not receiving calls and responding very late. TV not working.

It was such a negative vibe in hotel, it was dirty like dustbin, toilets smelling, mosquitoes are the most stayed guests there, Staff’s behaviour is like they are thinking they are the King of world, no supportive, rude talking, specially both the managers, even their staff will slam door on your face if you do not do what they say, Phone weren’t working, Manager sorry King was giving summon for us, after meeting these two managers, now i feel that hitler was good person 😅
