Clean and friendly staff
Too far from downtown and the coffee machine broke down
Rooms were okay
We arrived early morning before check in. They were kind enough to give us a room. The attendant did give us a room with double beds instead of the one bed we had reserved online. Later that morning they called the room telling us they had to move us to another room, because the attendant had given us the wrong room.
We then moved to the room with a one bed which we had originally reserved online, and they told us they would be charging a fee since we checked in earlier than the check in time. I thought that was fair, but not paying full price.
At checkout, they wanted to charge us for both rooms--they didn't have information on the paid room reservation which we had made about a month in advance. After showing proof of the paid reservation, they went ahead and charged us full price for the room the attendant gave us by mistake. As I mentioned, we arrived early morning around 6am and were in the room with double beds until 12pm, it was mistakenly given to us by the attendant, and we were charged full price.
I think they should not have charged full price for a room we used for a couple of hours which was mistakenly given to us by the attendant. They didn't take responsibility for their mistake and charged us full price.
I don't think we'll be returning. Thanks
Staff was amazing! Clean and they can deliver mostly anything to you meaning food waters store products you name it they got it
We got to check in early it has it pro and cons
Before booking with booking.com I made sure to confirm that my room had A/C they gave us a room with no A/C and on the website it says A/C
