Hotel Keerthana Puttur

AC not at all working properly. No cooling at 16c. Toilet didn't include any toilet paper nor any bathroom soap. No wifi even though it was present in ou booking.

Staff rather absent, people wandering about the corridors (and opening our door) Location average

1. Service is lacking. The reception is unmanned most of the time.
2. TV not working. No cable service in one room and TV missing in the other.
3. AC is not effective in the room.
4. No toiletries or towels provided. On multiple requests, we were provided 1 towel for each room after 4 hours.
5. Toilets are not maintained. Bath water was very slow to drain and was stagnating. Cockroaches in room and toilets.
6. Dustbins in the room were not even emptied after the previous guests left.

Even after booking through booking.com They denied room as its full and did not allocate room.How one can trust your booking .com app.I booked some other property .Please intimate for refund.

Unclean …. Bedsheets very unclean and dirty - hair on the bedsheet - bathroom had cockroaches

We had a marriage to attend at Puttur. I had an onward journey and I booked this room for my parents. I checked the location in google and it took me to Keerthana Apartments. I called up the office and requested for location. Even after waiting for 30 mins they did not send the location. Somehow I was able to get to the hotel. The rooms are on the first floor and the stairs and the passage to the room are very untidy. Rooms looks very good in photos. But it again the bed sheets were not washed and it was very dirty. Puttur is very small town. There is not of power shutdown. This hotel they do have Generators. Unfortunately, they do not keep diesel. only when power shuts down then they go and get the diesel.
Moreover, at the office, boys looks very shabby and it creates very uncomfortable feeling at the beginning itself. I would insist not to visit this hotel at all.
