Pros:

La atención de la sra. Que fue muy agradable. El.tamaño de la habitación. El desayuno.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado, no enfriaba bien. Pase calor en la noche y el colchón no era cómodo.

La vicinanza con il lago e il verde intorno

Aria condizionata quasi non funzionante , accesa da due ore stanza ancora calda non si poteva dormire
A colazione c’era pochissima scelta , dell’acqua calda sul tavolo e un succo di frutta
Per quello che si è speso , mi dispiace ma non ci tornerei

Pros:

Alles war hervorragend und noch besser als erwartet. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Garten ist herrlich und der Ausblick weitläufig. Der Besitzer ist eine ganz herzliche Person - habe mich sofort angekommen gefühlt. Top Lage und leckeres Frühstück. Rundum alles für mich perfekt. Lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal. Ciao, Andreas

L'hotel è ristrutturato , stanze belle , rapporto qualità prezzo buono .
Pros:

il titolare dell'hotel , che riceve gli ospiti , è personata simpatica e ci tiene al suo hotel.
Le stanze sono ristrutturate a nuovo.
il parcheggio grande e comodo.
Molto simpatici i gestori del ristorante di sushi , che ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza nel mentre aspettavamo il titolare dell'hotel.
Colazione normale.

Cons:

Noi siamo stati sfortunati , il giorno d'arrivo il condizionamento era guasto , il titolare si è scusato ma non trovava assistenza disponibile a uscire durante il ponte del 2 giugno ; un piccolo disguido anche sull'orario anticipato d'arrivo , per me si intendeva avere la camera a disposizione , per il titolare tenere i bagagli , comunque poi aspettando un pò la camera ci è stata data.
Le stanze sono un pò rumorose se si tengono le finestre aperte , per la strada vicino , ma con le finestre chiuse il rumore non si sente
