B&B HOTEL Koblenz-Nord

Sehr nettes Personal, leider befindet sich das Hotel in Grundsanierung. Kein Frühstück. Das hotel steht in unmittelbarer Nähe einer riesen Einkaufsstraße. Kauf- und Industriepark.
Eher ein Hotel zimmervermietung für Arbeiter / Montage zimmer.

bedingt durch die Baumaße , Bauarbeiten , Kein Frühstücksangebot ,da für war die Übernachtung zuteuer.

Whilst the rooms had been recently refurbished and were in good condition, the reception area and lobby/ breakfast room were under renovation and completely unusable. We were notified of the works only two days before our stay by email. No details of the consequences of the renovation works were communicated, and the term for cancellation had expired, so we felt we had to attend. The consequences were that there was no breakfast service as advertised, WiFi was only available on the ground floor outside the building, as the necessary infrastructure had not yet been installed to provide WiFi in the bedrooms. Obviously there was no lobby to relax in, and during the day the place was swarming with workmen also in the areas which needed to be used by guests, such as the staircase. As the hotel is situated in a strange mixture of industrial units and retail outlets we had to drive to a bakery to have breakfast. Tea/ coffee making facilities as in British hotels were not offered.
In view of the reduction in services offered compared to those advertised and the late notification of the renovation works without giving any details, we feel somewhat deceived, and we think that as a gesture of goodwill some compensation should have been offered. Naturally there is no easy way of enforcing this with the German equivalent of Trading Standards, but in Britain we would definitely have made a report.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité d'une grande zone commerciale et à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Koblenz.

Il était en travaux lors de mon séjour, les parties communes n'étaient donc pas dans un bon état. La chambre en revanche était très bien, la literie confortable et très calme.

Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner varié.

Très bien situé à proximité de Coblence, des commerces et des restaurants. Petit parking gratuit. Hôtel correct mais en rénovation. Pas d’ascenseur et tout le monde est au 3e étage. Pas terrible avec une valise !! Chambre correcte et propre, mais petite et très bon lit. Par contre aucun wifi possible. Aucune connexion. Impossible de parler à quelqu’un car personne a la réception. Dommage ! Mais je ne reviendrais pas.

Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und die Betten bequem. Im Badezimmer lagen allerdings bei meiner Ankunft Haare und Haarstoppeln auf dem Boden was für mich auf unzureichende Sauberkeit schließen ließ.
Der Check in war einfach, aber etwas verwirrend da ich für die vordere Türe keinen Code erhalten hatte und der Code für mein Zimmer mir schon vor Check in per Mail zugesandt wurde.
Die Rezeption war oft nicht besetzt aber eine sehr nette Angestellte für die Reinigung hatte mir bei meinen Rückfragen weiterhelfen können.

Bad nicht sauber, Frühstück keine Butter, kein O-Saft, Zimmer kein WLan

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Mit schwerem Gepäck muss man sich die Treppen raufquälen.

The hotel is near the motorway and you have a code to check in. So you can check in at any time. For 1 night, arriving at 23.00 and leaving at 8 it ideal.

Sehr zufrieden

Perfect hotel if you have a car as there’s no restaurants or bars within walking distance. Lots of shops, outlets and supermarkets five minutes drive. Good for a night stop half way en route back to the UK.

Sauberkeit, Personal, "Rezeption" ungenügend

Es ist einfach nicht akzeptabel wie schmutzig die Toilette meines Zimmer war als ich eingecheckt habe. Sch**** in der Toilette, Boden klebrig und mit sichtbaren feuchten Flecken. Ich habe das Hotel verlassen. Vor einigen Wochen war ich da auch, habe für 2 nächste gebucht und nur 1 Nacht ausgehalten. Sparen ok, aber so nicht.
