Pros:

Location:
This is a quaint place much away from the crowd and clutter of Mahabaleshwar, around 13 kms uphill on the Tapola road. The road to the resort is newly made and in good condition. But there are no signboards , nor any network for Google Maps. Your only bet is to download offline maps that the resort also recommends. Also, since it's away from the city, there are no restaurants nearby, and neither any sightseeing points. If you are interested in any, then you need to travel all the way back to the city on a 20 min drive in your own vehicle. But if that's not too much of a problem, then this place is a pretty good place to unwind and relax.

Rooms:
The rooms are spacious with a personal balcony for each on the backside (facing the mountains) and also a personal table set in the garden. The specialty is the loft area in rooom that has good enough space to accommodate 2 kids (in fact, even adults) that makes it a perfect family resort. At around Rs 10000 for 2 adults and 2 kids in peak season (New Year), not many resorts can dare to offer this. This makes it an absolute value for money proposition!

Food:
The (inclusive) breakfast was basic with upma, pav bhaji (too heavy for a breakfast item) and breads. Other snacks ordered like pakodas and maggi were decent enough. If you opt to have lunch or dinner at their place, you need to place the order hours in advance as they arrange accordingly. They do not accommodate last-minute orders.

Activities:
The resort has a pool, badminton court, basketball court and children play area. But considering it's so away from the city and not everyone would choose to travel back, there needs to be more entertainment activities like live singing, karaoke, dance or game sessions and strawberry plucking farm experiences. Beyond a point, there is nothing much and new to do other than sit back and relax. Maintenance is good but better landscaping will enhance the overall feel of the expansive place.

Nothing was available from the menu. They took money for breakfast as well. Food was also average. Cleanliness was a big concern there. Not worth the price.

Pros:

Location is good. Property is good look wise.

Cons:

Maintenance is bit low. Hot water is through solar but not enough heated water to bath. Sink was leaking. No door stopper at door. The gaps in door were not sealed properly. At night due to excessive windy conditions, the room got pretty cold. Extra quilt not given , only blankets provided. Overall, the property was not worth the money
