Pros:

It was a reasonably convenient location halfway between Hakata and Tenjin Stations. It had a balcony and washing machine.

Cons:

We had trouble with the checkin as therr were no staff until we rang and were guided through the process. Difficult with our poor Japanese skills...minimal English translations.

위생상태만 좋아지면 백점만점 숙소
Pros:

숙소가 넓은 점이 제일 좋았고 거기다 리버뷰라 전망도 최고였어요. 간단히 요리할 수 있는 식기와 프라이팬 등이 다 구비되어 있어서 아침에 직접 요리해서 나카스강이 보이는 테라스에 앉아 먹으니 낭만 미쳤습니다요.. 다음에 후쿠오카 가게되면 다시 묵고싶은 숙소에요!

Cons:

몇몇 후기대로 청소상태가 별로였습니다. 눕기도 전에 침대 이불에 머리카락이 두개나 있고 벽장에 들어있는 여분의 이불과 베개는 청소하려고 놔두신건지 상태가 너무 더러웠어요ㅠㅠ
이 시설에 위생상태만 조금만 더 좋으면 주위에 후쿠오카 가는 사람들한테 전부 다 추천하고 싶을만큼 좋습니다!
아 그리구 나카스강 다리 바로 앞이라 저녁에 차 지나가는 소리가 조금 시끄럽게 들려요!
