I will not recommend this hotel to others. There are plenty of other options to choose from.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Close to landing site and cafes but also needing a short good walk to reach them. The beautiful Chokling monastery is next door and the Dhauladhar range can be seen clearly from the room.

Cons:

The room was dirty with dust on furniture. The pillow cover, towels, bed sheet were stained, I asked them to put fresh covers. I asked them to dust the coffee table. There was no tea or coffee sachets. I asked them to provide and they did all these when asked. What was worse is that housekeeping and room service is non existent. I had to call several times at the kitchen and then several times at the reception to get even a cup of coffee. I am very very disappointed with my experience at Chokling Art House. Its clearly short staffed with very un professional personnel. Plus there is a lot of noise from banging doors, talking in the corridor. Clearly not meant for a peaceful gateway.

one of the most beautiful travelling experiences, I would only wanna stay here if i come to Bir.
Pros:

I had a great time at Chokling art house, I met the best people here. Attended such fun events organised by the cafe. So glad to have met Muskan and Suraj for taking care of me and always helping me out with a beautiful smile on their faces.

Pros:

The view was very nice the location was close to the center and quiet

Cons:

The room was in a bad codition, dirty, sheets with holes and dirt, torn and dirty blaket. It was disgusting
