民泊です
Pros:

清潔で、4台のダブルベッドがあり、家族4人には十分な施設でした。立地は繁華街近くで便利なのと、繁華街近くなのに、夜はとても静かでした。

Cons:

検索すると、まず、グームホテル中洲が出てきてしまい、混乱します。外観は普通の一軒家で、わかりにくかったです。テレビがなかったのが残念でした。

Disappointing
Cons:

There is no staff on site and the check-in is done by customer, which is fair. However, if there is any problem with the check-in, I would expect someone to help me immediately, either by phone or message, especially when the weather is not good. This is below expectation. I tried to call the phone number displayed on the main door, it was not answered even after a few attempts.
