The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend "Hotel Park Residency" for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Parking facility also really awesome A big thumbs up!

Cons:

During check in. I don't think it's right to ask for ID cards of both the couple, usually one ID card is enough everywhere. The lack of lift facility is a big drawback.

The location or the building is not as shown in the photos. The room door is not fully closed and has gaps at the bottom, water leaks to the room from bathroom. There were biscuits and snacks kept in room - we thought it's complimentary but ended up paying 120 rupees.
