A Satisfying Stay
Pros:

Super Townhouse House Vidyavihar hotel is an Oyo franchise hotel. The hotel building is very spacious and has a reasonably large common area. Lift is available. Hotel staff is cordial and helpful. Being a budget hotel, it does not boast of 5 star fringe facilities but our stay was quite comfortable and safe. Whenever we sought any toiletries or linen, the house keeping was very responsive. The hotel does not have a 24x7 restaurant but it has a kitchen for room service that is available between 8 am till 11 pm. Initially I had seen some adverse reviews I was somewhat apprehensive but after my stay I can say that they were exaggerations. When a customer pays 1/4 th of a 5 star hotel charges, expecting 5 star facilities is insane. Since I have travelled across the globe and stayed mostly in 5/4 star hotels, I am in a position to rate the hotel more accurately. I can easily rate the hotel 8/10 . Given a chance, I will stay here whenever I need to.

Everything. Manager was ill mannered, room was not clean, even basic facilities were not provided. Found pieces of broken glass on the room's carpet and the bed due to which my father got injured. The hotel manager denied responsibility for the same.

The Hotel - Not Worthy of Booking.com partnership!
Pros:

Nothing as such.

Cons:

Nothing was good. The room was not good. It was small as compared to the Extra large double bed. I opted for Complimentry food, but the hotel denied the complimentry and I had to pay. The shower in the room did not work and even after pointing out multiple times, they did not fix the shower. The hotel staff was rude. They did not even provide basic facilities and items which every hotel provides such as soaps, tissues, towels etc etc.
Overall the stay was very dissappointing and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone with such higher cost.
I have also emailed the reciepts and photos of the hotel which was requested by the agent when i called regarding these issues and I am awaiting the reply from your team.
