Pros:

La posizione dell' Hotel spettacolare proprio di fronte alla spiaggia comodossima se uno ha voglia di una o 2 giornate relax senza spostarsi .
La zona è molto tranquilla. Ci sono ristoranti intorno ma nn negozi. Dipende da quello che uno cerca. Noi volevamo assoluto relax pertanto è stata una scelta per noi ottimale ( in ogni caso è a circa 3 km di Ciutadella raggiungibile in 10 minuti di macchina)
Avevamo camera vista mare all' ultimo piano che non poteva offrirci vista migliore con tramonti mozzafiato
Staff cordialissimo sempre gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima la pulizia
Ottima la colazione con opzioni dolce e salato.
Lo consiglio vivamente se si cerca la tranquillita'

Pros:

Hotel davanti alla spiaggia della cala di Santandria. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanza pulita con letti e cuscini comodi. Colazione molto assortita con cibi sia dolci che salati.

Insuperable. No duden en reservar acá

Una experiencia excepcional. Elody nos atendió de manera extraordinaria, con una amabilidad, dulzura e impecabildad. Christian también fue encantador y muy atento durante toda nuestra estadía.
La habitación era preciosa, cómoda e impecablemente limpia. Afuera del hotel cuenta estacionamiento gratuito, muy fácil de encontrar y todo el equipo destaca por su amabilidad. Además nos permitieron dejar las maletas y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de utilizar las duchas, un detalle que agradecimos muchísimo.
Todo en este lugar fue excelente. No puedo dejar de recomendarlo. No tengan ninguna duda en alojarse aquí: se sentirán muy bien atendidos desde el primer momento.

Me gustó todo. El personal de recepción súper amable, habitaciones reformadas con un amplio balcón a una cala con vistas preciosas. Cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Desayuno muy bueno. Servicio de toallas de playa limpias todos los dias. Hemos estado súper cómodos y agusto.

Dommage que la baignade etait interdite les 2 deux derniers jours suite à une fuite de canalisation...

La situación del hotel inmejorable sobre la playa. El desayuno estupendo. El personal muy amable. Una estancia inmejorable.

Cons:

Tuvimos que salir pronto por el vuelo y no hubo posibilidad de disponer de un picnic con el desayuno que teniamos contratado.

Un buon soggiorno peccato non aver potuto usufruire della spiaggia

La zona è stupenda,tranquilla e suggestiva con una vista e tramonto mozzafiato.
Arredo sobrio ma curato, che insieme alla grandezza della stanza, ha reso il soggiorno confortevole.
Colazione buona ed abbondante.

Cons:

Il bagno non ha finestra, nè areatore e questo non è il massimo per il livello dell'hotel.
Siamo stati sfortunati perché non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spiaggia in quanto, proprio nei giorni del nostro soggiorno, a causa di un inquinamento dell'acqua, è stato disposto il divieto di balneazione.
Fortunatamente abbiamo noleggiato un'auto che ci ha consentito di muoverci sul resto dell'isola.

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location and has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are modern, the bathrooms are in excellent condition, and everything is stylish, clean, and tastefully designed. The pool is quite small and doesn't have a sea view, but there is a lovely terrace with sun loungers overlooking the bay, which is a great place to relax.

Unfortunately, during my entire stay, the sea was not suitable for swimming because a neighboring hotel polluted the water with what appeared to be a sewage discharge. As a result, it was impossible to enjoy the beach or the sea, which was very disappointing.

Another downside is that the hotel next door hosts very loud parties that continue until around 2 a.m. The windows provide some sound insulation, but the outdoor noise is clearly audible and makes it difficult to sleep.

Cons:

Despite these issues, this hotel itself is excellent. My only minor complaint is the beds, which have a rather unusual design and may not be comfortable for everyone.

Bella struttura in una posizione strategica: vicina alle spiagge del sud dell'isola e alla città di Ciutadella. Lo staff della reception merita un plauso speciale per la grande gentilezza e disponibilità.

Hotel juste à côté de la plage ! La vue est magnifique !
Piscine privative, très agréable.
Le personnel est plein d'attentions, quelle gentillesse ! Ils nous ont prêté un parasol et nous pouvions utiliser leur fontaine à eau pour remplir nos gourdes.

Cons:

Pas de parking privatif, mais il y a beaucoup de places gratuites près de la plage, on arrive à trouver un emplacement.
