Pros:

El onsen era muy agradable y relajante. El hotel tiene todo lo necesario y más, incluso un cuarto de juegos con una mesa de pin pon. Hay una magnífica azotea con barbacoas y sillones para disfrutar en primavera y verano.
Muy buena localización.

最高！
Pros:

大人数の利用でもスタッフさんがとても丁寧に対応してくれました。
屋上のBBQ場が雰囲気も景色も最高でした。
片付けまでしていただいてとても助かりました。
部屋も広く清潔で、2階の娯楽室には卓球台、麻雀卓、ボードゲームがあり本当に楽しめました。

徒歩だと坂が少しきついとこだけです

すごいお得！
Pros:

安いのに、施設がとても清潔であるだけでなく充実しておりすごくお得に感じられました。

Cons:

熱海という立地の都合上しょうがない点ではありますが、道が入り組んだ上り坂であり、到着までがつらかったです。

Quirky yet nice hotel up the hill from JR.
Pros:

Nicely refreshed rooms. Everything clean
And feels new. Good smell. Small interior onsen is good. Ping pong table, massage chairs good. Lobby nice. Self check in by tablet works good.

Cons:

Upstairs room with a view has no view so do not expect much view. One stairway has purple paint and carpet unfitting for nice hotel. Ping pong need new paddles and balls please. I did not see courtesy coffee machine in dining area.
