Perfectly fine Vietnamese Nha Nghi. Clean and has everything you might need for 1-2 nights.
Hard bed mattress, blanket without a sheet, and a cement wall blocking the entire window. But none of that is really a problem, 99% of Viet guesthouses are like that. Still perfectly comfortable for a night or two.
On the main road making it a handy stop off for anyone driving the HCM trail or crossing the border into Laos. Room was basic but fine.
These windowless rooms always end up with a stale smell. My shower also didn’t work, I couldn’t be bothered changing rooms for the third time so I washed from the taps - not ideal after a dusty day driving. Room is probably worth more like 100-120k rather than 200k
Very cheap price for one nigh. Everything was to our satisfaction. We got a upgrade even though we have booked for too less people 4 instead of 6

Very nice, very clean bedroom for 2 people and 2 beds. Bathroom was clean as well! Overall did not feel like it was a bad room at all.
Buttons for lights and AC a bit confusing but not too bad.
Nothing
We were exhausted from a very long trip on the motorbike and we were not treated any good by the old man behind the counter, who didn't speak a word of English and had very bad manners. He didn't even let us put our bags down and was obsessed with passports and money. We just wanted a shower honestly. This crazy guy even came into the room and sat on my bed while I was in the shower touching my stuff cause he wanted the money and couldn't wait for 5 minutes. Who does that?!
The room was bad and dirty anyways, not worth the price for sure. In the morning we woke up and the door was wide open, even though we locked it the night before.
Don't stay here, do yourself a favor
Standard hotel, good choice for one night if you want to continue to Hue/Phong Nha via Ho-Chi-Minh Route. AC worked well
Location and happy athmosfer
It was a cheap and convenient stay for one night before going down the Ho Chi Minh road to Phong Nha.
The room didn’t really seem cleaned. Dirty sheets and towel also found a fingernail and someone else’s hair in the bed.
Good location in centre of town. Don't expect too many places to sit and eat unless they are street vendor establishments and almost no vegetarian options. If we had realised how little in Khe Sanh we would have stayed one night, visited the Khe Sanh combat base and then headed North on QL15 Ho Chi Minh Road.
Great that the motorbikes were allowed to be kept in lobby under guard always by someone in reception.
Mattresses and pillows very thin and hard.
Walls are not sound proof as anyone coming in late or leaving early can be easily heard.
we came with a motorbike and we parked it inside which was super convenient. Room is basic but towels, shampoo and soap were provided. AC and the bathroom looks pretty new and renovated. For a one night stop it was great and we would stay there again. Good value for money.
The linen were made from polyester so it was a bit weird on our skin but nothing to complain actually, would come again
