Pros:

夕飯に間に合わないとお伝えしたところ、部屋で食べられるワンプレートを用意してくださいました。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーでリフト券販売の対応など、丁寧にしてくださいました。

Cons:

仕方がないけれど、カメムシはいました。

A genuine Japanese experience
Pros:

An older but quaint and genuine place to stay and short walk to Goruy Imori. Staff were really lovely young men always open to chat about anything. The food was simple but so tastey. We had very enjoyable experience. Definitely coming back here next year.

Cons:

The opening hours for the shared bathroom could have been longer. Only 6-9pm with 4 showers meant we had to miss out when there were big groups staying.

Excellent service!
Pros:

The staff were excellent with customer service, very helpful and accomodating with the guests needs. Food was great. Their service is highly recommended. The place is also near the ski resort. We enjoyed our stay in Hakuba and will definitely come back!

Pros:

ロケーションと従業員の方が最高でした。スキー場まで近くて文句なしのロケーションでした。従業員は、若いお兄さんたちがやっていましたが、性格と人当たりの良い人たちでした。

Cons:

かなり老朽化している建物で衛生的ではありませんでした。風呂もぬるいので2泊目は外の温泉を利用しました。何よりシンプルに狭いので疲れが取れないです。

スタッフがとても好印象

Cons:

掃除をすればもっときれいにできるはずなのでもったいない。部屋が狭くて荷物の置き場に苦労しました。朝食が少な過ぎる。部屋のストーブがすぐ止まって寒くて何度も目を覚ましてしまいました。

The location is amazing and the less than perfect facilities are worth it for the price. Lovely staff 💕
Pros:

The location was amazing! A short walk up to ski rental were you can drip boards/skis and boots before 5 min walk back to lodge.
The staff were so wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The huge hot bath was so good after a long day.
We loved that the meals were included in the price. The dinner of soup, fish entree and chicken/pork and also dessert was great, the first time.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was less than ideal for teenage girls. Also some people like a shower in the morning which is not possible.
The lounge room was not great, downstairs and you have to go in the snow to get there. No ventilation for heating.
Room was small for a family of 4 with luggage but fine for the price. Loft ladder was OK for the young adults but not the weary legs of the parents!
The food rotation system needs a 3rd day. The 2 day system of chicken then pork and same breakfast every day became very disappointing. An extra meal, maybe a curry, would have been better. We also became so sick of the lettuce with every meal.

I mean look the location is amazing the room is spacious for japan standards. the bed is comfy

The food is not tasty. The heater is not that strong. The toilet is outside the room the shower entry time is limited. I mean it is and okay stay but not amazing
