Decent hotel for a couple of nights stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Good sized room with effective AC and wifi. Shower was good and bed comfortable. A fridge was a nice bonus!

It was clean & spacious. it was near to the bus stand.

Cons:

There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom; I found it extremely suffocating in the washroom. The breakfast starting time was at 8.30 am. It is very late. We missed one day's breakfast, even though we had already paid for it.
It has a bar in it, so I found it a little uncomfortable for my family.

All-round great stay !

Very helpful staff they would go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and trying their best to meet your needs/requests.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed but this was due to maintenance, they still made efforts to make up to it with room service everyday.

Great place.
Pros:

This was a stop off point to see the Athirapally Waterfalls, it made sense and we are glad we stayed! Staff were helpful, room was clean, spacious, great hot water and clean sheets and towels. Excellent location for the falls.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed, so no options close by, we had to walk a fair way to find food.
