Fantastic stay,felt like home!
Pros:

The best property I have ever visited so far. The worst is mumbai one, no manners, very rude and detest to stay, but in Nashik the staff of every department is sweet, polite and well trained.

Pros:

Good clean rooms, the complementary cake, and the location.

Cons:

Very slow service, had to call the staff 2-3 times for getting anything done.
Food at the buffet was cold, and the spread was very limited.
Women's washroom in the main lobby was stinking, despite letting the staff know.

Avoid unless you are ok with lack of sleep
Pros:

There was one or two individuals (namely Abhinand) whose professionalism showed and could get on with complaints. Other individuals cannot be the same.

Asking for a juice was a mission with the excuse he forgot he was having fun serving all others.

The indinning order has always been delivered incorrectly


Asked for fries cold coffee and icecream forgot the icecream

Asked for sandwiches without any chutneys and make it bland then got sandwiches with chips. Chips served periperi extremely hot

Asked for mushroom curry mild with some rice and yogurt. Got an extra spicy mushroom curry

The noises from the furniture is due to the single beds being on wooden flooring and moving on one side with rollers and other side has wooden legs. So if you move the bed moves with you with wooden legs scratching the wooden flooring disturbing people beneath

Every time go into any of the rooms the bathroom door cannot be closed. Changed 2 rooms could see that both bathroom doors do not close. When complained about one room answer was it will take 5 minutes to solve the problem. Why did you not solve it before my arrival or allocating the room?

Got one electric point in the room working the other is loose and one more is closed

Had noisy neighbours (ontop of moving beds / furniture) however those noisy neighbours can come at 1.18am and make as much noisy possible like closing or opening doors 10 times in an hour etc and loud conversations laughing etc but quiet people who come to the hotel doing their own things quietly need to find other hotels or change rooms.

Lack of space in the dinning area means looking for space to move around is difficult. You can be sandwiched in between other dinners.

Other dinners drink water straight from the bottles that the management have put on the table. (Apparently a few inches space between the person mouth and the bottle opening is enough for hygenie purposes.

The staff where banging into the walls whilst cleaning.

Cons:

Can it get worse when the staff says this is for business clients yet people cannot get sleep or work done.
This is a hotel serving the wider public not people a few individuals who feel this is their home and all should put up with them.

Cutlery is wooden.. so be ready to taste wood with your food. Takeaway anyone? Except pay in room service for this! For business colleagues you would expect to have power points working. 1 is loose and not working another is sealed and third power point to charge your phone how do you charge your laptop. Perhaps look for a room that has that as another room has powerpoints working. Winning a lottery anyone?

Please ensure that all housekeeping work is done properly and guests are not inconvenienced.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. We had buffet dinner and that was good.
This was our second visit to Ibis Nashik.

Cons:

We were allotted 106 room on the 1st floor. This room has 2 issues. AC was not working properly and bed had bed bugs which made us uncomfortable.
We were allotted room 302 at 00.30 hrs on Sunday where AC was working and the bed was comfortable.

we can't compare other IBIS. We have paid bill in cash, but they have not issue receipt till date.
Pros:

Breakfast was not bad, Room was small as per rate. Room service was not good. Parking was open. Reception staff was good.
