Pros:

Great locaiton if you are travelling to Triamebkshwar.

Cons:

Quite small rooms and with train style shower/toilets-also small. Expected better from a brand like IBIS/ACCOR

Disappointed and would never suggest this hotel for stay to anyone

Rooms are too small, service is pathetic, check in timing was 2 PM and rooms were not ready until 3:15PM.

House keeping service is of very poor quality. To get the key of connecting door between the rooms it took me around more than 2 hours and 3 escalation.

At dinner the main waiter was very rude and unkind in his approach. Was indirectly suggesting us to go for buffet and was not helpful to serve even when there was table available to service.

Toilets were like temporary toilets we see on roads or flights, trains, very small made to accommodate in small room.
