Worst Experience – Misleading Photos & Unhygienic Stay

Cons:

Avoid this hotel at all costs! FabHotel Skyland Bopal is inside a shopping complex, no parking, filthy rooms, foul odour, flush not working, maggots on floor, dripping taps. Totally misleading photos. Paid ₹5,395 and felt cheated.

Worse experience in Ahmedabad

1. Very rude staff and judgmental.
2. Make me wait for 40 minutes to give keys at night around 2:00 AM
3. Even after giving room they gave lame excuses to change rooms , wasting 30-40 minutes again.
4. Throughout the day disturbed for small small reasons.


Never recommend to family folks, not safe for girls.

The property is old and not well maintained .
I saw a rat in the lobby . The rooms had old bedsheets , bathroom had an old bucket , towels were not clean enough.

Overall not worth staying here .

Do not book in any Fab hotel
Pros:

The Fab central services and hotel management does not have any coordination. Although booking.com mentions "no prepayment" , Fab asks for 20% advance payment immediately after you book on booking.com. If you do not pay, they threaten to give your room to others. Totally ridiculous !!
