Very clean, quiet and has space to walk our dogs. Excellent place to stop off on way up to North of Scotland. Staff are very friendly. We stay there a couple of times a year when travelling North.
Food options are a bit limited if you have dietary requirements but then it is a motorway services.

Dirty, smelly and left after 10 minutes of being in the room.

There was a leak at back of toilet and hotel could maybe do with an uplift/renovation but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable :)

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a sofa as well as a bed so it was ideal to watch TV.
The shower was really good with good pressure and plenty of hot water.
We opted for the lake view room and it was a lovely view from the window. There was a small balcony to sit on as well.
There were plenty of service station food and shop options on site and Moffat is about 7 miles away for shops, pubs and restaurants.

The itv channel was corrupted so bit of planned World Cup viewing wasn’t possible
