近江八幡駅から徒歩2分と、交通アクセスが便利。意外と言っては失礼になるが、朝食ビュッフェが家庭的で愛情がこもっているようで美味しい。つまりコスパがいい。室内にバスタブはあるが、大浴場を利用したところ、湯加減も良く、清潔で満足。ベッドの寝心地も良い。
