Pros:

L'emplacement est bon et la chambre est assez spacieuse.

Cons:

L'appartement n'est pas tres propre, nous avons trouvé de la poussière sous les lits qui sont montés sur roulettes. De plus la moquette est tachée.
Ca n'est pas dérangeant en soit mais pour le prix nous ne trouvons pas ca correct

Le vrai problème vient de l'insonorisation. Nous entendions chaque pas de nos voisins du dessus. Ça nous a dérangé chaque soir de la semaine que nous avons passé dans ce logement.

It was good for sleeping, nothing more
Pros:

I liked the room layout, the beds were very comfortable. Room size was good. We slept well.

Cons:

The room had a smell when you walk in. The garbage can was small. The curtain is moldy from the high humidity. The room is very noticeably damp. I believe the bathroom fan was not working well as the roof would have humidity on it in the morning and it dripped on me at one point. We came to kyoto on a day that it rained and 3 days later my clothes were still not fully dry.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

El wifi no funcionó en ningún momento. Lo comuniqué y fueron dándome excusas los 4 días. Solicité una aliada extra y me dijeron que no me la facilitaban. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad.

Pros:

ロケーションが良く、周りにコンビニ、飲食店もあるため観光の拠点として十分活用できた。
七条駅やバス停が近くにあり、有名どころの神社仏閣にアクセスしやすい。
メインの通りから1本入るため、ホテル周辺は静かな住宅街。
周辺の駐車場は24時間800〜1000円で、車で訪問する時も便利。

Cons:

稼働率が低いからなのか排水溝の嫌な匂いがキッチンのところに充満しているため、常時換気扇を回すか、今定期的に水を流す、排水溝はラップで閉じておくなどの対策を行って欲しい。

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Fijne ruime kamer waarbij je makkelijk grote koffers kwijt kan. Fijn dat de kamers een eigen wasmachine hebben. Zelf inchecken gaat ook gemakkelijk. Verder zag het er goed uit. Bedden liggen fijn. Kwa openbaar vervoer opties zijn er ook genoeg in de buurt.

Cons:

Een van de twee kamers had geen prullenbakken. Ook was er heel weinig keukengerei. Met de hoeveelheid ruimte die over is zou een klein bankje ook wel fijn zijn, maar je hebt wel 1 stoel.

Nightmare
Pros:

I don't recommend this place at all.

Basic hygiene was poor and They didn't give me refund when I checked out the day I checked in with reasonable evidence of dissatisfaction and I was very unhappy.
They said The dirty floor is because of it is aged and didn't even respond that trash bin lid was dirty from the get go. Regarding trash in the hallway they responded Cleaning team was here 10-3am that the trash in the hallway would have been left by other guests but the trash was there 1pm to 9pm that day.

They did not took care of my best interest when my basic needs as a customer was not fulfilled and it was not moral. I DIDN'T get refund for 39,990 yen. I don't wish this place to continue this attitude disrespect client so I am leaving the review.

El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de la estación de Kyoto
Pros:

Es muy cómodo ya que viene con lavadora, frigorífico, microondas, secador, etc…

Cons:

Que no estábamos seguros de dónde tirar la basura. Encontramos otra bolsa debajo del cubo de basura cuando tiramos por primera vez. Encontramos Japón no hay tantas papeleras, pero con suerte si caminas un poco hacia la calle principal había un contenedor gris para bolsas de basura, cerca del Hotel Kiyomizu.

最上階だったら良いかも!
Pros:

交通機関からのアクセスと清潔さはとても良かった。
リズなブルの金額、簡単な物を作れるキッチンがあり、良かった。

Cons:

防音はなってない感じで、上の階からの歩く音が酷く響くので、滞在中ずっと寝不足でした。
一番上階…3階だったら良いかも❣

部屋に入ったら、少し匂います。

想訂這間的要多注意，這家小旅館所在的巷道是交通要道，車流量很大，旅館前排三間房緊臨馬路，舉凡車子經過、路人講話或咳嗽聲、車子開關車門聲，在房間裡都可以聽得一清二楚，我提早半年預訂，住宿方就直接給我臨馬路房，而不是後排的房間，反映後只得到房源緊張無法換房的回答。
最近的Fresco超市在河原町五條，距離750公尺。
