Nightmare
Pros:

I don't recommend this place at all.

Basic hygiene was poor and They didn't give me refund when I checked out the day I checked in with reasonable evidence of dissatisfaction and I was very unhappy.
They said The dirty floor is because of it is aged and didn't even respond that trash bin lid was dirty from the get go. Regarding trash in the hallway they responded Cleaning team was here 10-3am that the trash in the hallway would have been left by other guests but the trash was there 1pm to 9pm that day.

They did not took care of my best interest when my basic needs as a customer was not fulfilled and it was not moral. I DIDN'T get refund for 39,990 yen. I don't wish this place to continue this attitude disrespect client so I am leaving the review.

El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de la estación de Kyoto
Pros:

Es muy cómodo ya que viene con lavadora, frigorífico, microondas, secador, etc…

Cons:

Que no estábamos seguros de dónde tirar la basura. Encontramos otra bolsa debajo del cubo de basura cuando tiramos por primera vez. Encontramos Japón no hay tantas papeleras, pero con suerte si caminas un poco hacia la calle principal había un contenedor gris para bolsas de basura, cerca del Hotel Kiyomizu.

最上階だったら良いかも!
Pros:

交通機関からのアクセスと清潔さはとても良かった。
リズなブルの金額、簡単な物を作れるキッチンがあり、良かった。

Cons:

防音はなってない感じで、上の階からの歩く音が酷く響くので、滞在中ずっと寝不足でした。
一番上階…3階だったら良いかも❣

部屋に入ったら、少し匂います。

想訂這間的要多注意，這家小旅館所在的巷道是交通要道，車流量很大，旅館前排三間房緊臨馬路，舉凡車子經過、路人講話或咳嗽聲、車子開關車門聲，在房間裡都可以聽得一清二楚，我提早半年預訂，住宿方就直接給我臨馬路房，而不是後排的房間，反映後只得到房源緊張無法換房的回答。
最近的Fresco超市在河原町五條，距離750公尺。

Pros:

Great little unmanned hotel in Kyoto. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance to the subway as well as some good local eats. Also walking distance to shrines/temples.

Correct
Pros:

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé et à proximité des transports en communs, dans un quartier calme et rassurant. Les lits sont confortables. Des pantoufles et brosses à dents mis à disposition. La machine à laver le linge dans l'appartement et l'étendoir à linge sont très pratiques pour les personnes qui voyagent longtemps. Linge de lit et serviette propre.

Cons:

Les mêmes choses que dans les autres commentaires : Il n'y a pas de personnel à l'accueil et les réponses fournies ne sont pas toujours très réactives. Il y'a de nombreuses tâches sur les moquettes de l'appartement qui donne une sensation de saleté. Très peu de rangements. Pas suffisemment de vaisselle pour un appartement pour 2 personnes (seulement 1 tasse, 1 seul bol,...).
L'appartement est très mal isolé avec l'étage du dessus, par chance nous n'avions pas d'appartement sur les côtes.
Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres.
On a eu des difficultés à avoir accès au wifi car les informations fournies pour se connecter n'étaient pas bonnes.

Worst experience ever! No heating/air conditioning, toilet paper. Lying host! Don't go!
Pros:

Nothing really, it was very very bad. If we could get our money back and go somewhere else, we would have left in the first day. We felt cheated. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had booking something on booking.com. The host did not even provide proper heating and we had to go buy toilet paper in the middle of the night, because not even that was provided. The host even kept lying that there would be toilet paper over and over, and then not deliver any. The air conditioner was not functional, and it was almost as cold as outside end of November/beginning of December.

Cons:

The check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we were informed at 3pm that the room was still unavailable and had to wait to 6pm. There is no cleaning during your stay, and at the end of the stay the host has the audacity to tell you that if you don't check out in time they would charge you 2000 yen per hour of extra stay, and that you have to clean your room before you leave. The host was lying all the time in our messages.
