駅前なので素泊まり利用には、便利

Great access for Ebisu circuit, helpful staff. Great location.
Pros:

Everything needed for a nice stay. Cleaned well, connivence store across the street and nice restaurants on the same street.

Bathtub in western room great size.

Cons:

Overall we were happy with the stay though small improvements would be appreciated.
Pros:

The location was ideal, close to dinner spots and the train station. The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so helpful and had an incredible memory, we felt really taken care of. The room was also quite spacious which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The electricity in the room was a bit finicky, we had to insert the card a few times before our phone chargers/the lights would work etc. There was an odd raw fish smell to the room? And the windows were very hard to open at the start.
