Pros:

L’emplacement à côté du téléphérique 🚠 et train 🚃 un accueil chaleureux de la part de l’équipe..des repas (diner&petit déjeuner typiquement Japonais)

Cons:

Il est dommage de sentir le pétrole lorsque l’on sort des bains et dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel..(que j’ai fait remarquer gentiment à l’équipe ☺️)

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kasansui with onsen as the staff provided great food and wonderful service.
Pros:

The meals were outstanding and a highlight of our stay. The view across the snow covered valley was wonderful and the onsen was exceptional for myself and son as first time participants.

Cons:

We didn’t notice any nearby restaurants so we were especially thankful for the dinners and breakfasts which were outstanding and that were included in our booking.

Facility was a bit too old. The photo didn't tell that, so we expected too much.
Volume of breakfast can be improved.
It would've been great if there was a private onsen.

Te sentirás en casa
Pros:

Tengo que poner 5 estrellas porque la atención y el detalle es increíble, te sientes como en casa, cuidan el detalle. Si quieres una experiencia original japonesa es un sitio ideal. Teniendo en cuenta la zona, los precios esta muy bien calidad precio. Te puedes bañar en el onsen con tatuajes, y el onsen esta bien, no es espectacular, así como el propio hotel pero siento que no se merecen un 3 de valoración. Muchas gracias por todo!

Cons:

Ajustad las expectativas a lo que veis a las fotos, el personal es super super amable y tanto desayuno como cena es típico Japones, es una experiencia Japonesa, con onsen y todo pero no es un sitio lujoso.

古き良き暖かな宿泊を味わえた。
Pros:

建物は少し古いですが、それが良い味が出てイイ感じでした。清潔に保たれており、スタッフの方もとても親切な対応をして下さり、素敵な時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

特にありません。強いて言うなら少し温泉施設は小さかった事ぐらいです。

In the hills from Gora with fabulous meals included.
Pros:

Great restful stay
Pros:

Great location room was huge and clean and comfortable. Onsens were fantastic. Breakfast and dinner superb. So much good food changed daily. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Établissement vraiment agréable, toute l'équipe est aux petits soins, les onsen sont vraiment super après une bonne journée de balade et les repas... un délice ! Nous étions entre sœurs et la chambre était vraiment spacieuse et confortable ! J'oubliais, ils proposent un service de navette qui est bien pratique.

宾至如归的服务！员工非常体贴😊我们在这里感觉非常放松愉快，值得一提的是我们房间的温度被提前设置的非常非常完美，整个日本之旅最舒适的湿度和温度。温泉泡起来也很棒，因为旅馆招待的客人量有限，所以温泉人很少，基本都是包场状态

吃的东西很漂亮，食材质量也很不错，但是看起来好看的东西通常都不是特别好吃，总之味道没我预期的好

A nice quiet stay with great kaiseki dinner.
Pros:

Great service from all the staff. Ever willing to help with positive attitudes. The hotel is old but well maintained. The kaiseki dinner was great. Breakfast was so so and can be improved. The shuttle service was great as walking to Gora Station was not practical because of the steep up-hill narrow roads.

Cons:

No other facilities like convenience stores nearby. No spectacular views near the hotel. Long way out to Yumoto or Odawara by train.
