Pleasant stay, good location, not great structure conditions
Pros:

Location was good, 5 minutes from the cable car station and from the ropeway. Good for exploring.
Personnel was very hospital and cordial.
Room was big and comfortable.
One of the 2 onsens was good

Cons:

The place is not well kept, a little old and not super clean. It is not dirt but could be better.
One of the 2 onsens was not very clean and need reconditioning.

のんびり出来たが、沢山歩いた旅。
Pros:

清潔で、従業員の対応が良かったです。

Cons:

敷地は、ケーブルカーの駅の隣りのホテルでしたが、実際は、高低差があり、急坂を歩いて１０分かかりました。電車と徒歩だと、きついです。

Pros:

I thought the food was excellent and great to experience the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The location was quiet and easily accessible by bus or train.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming

The hotel was a little less grand than expected but clean and comfortable beds

Very quiet.
The Onsen was amazing. First time we had used one. Very welcome after the journey here.
Getting there from Tokyo was an adventure.

Cons:

Shower was small and pressure needly.
Half board was fully traditional evening meal and breakfast. High quality food. We stayed 2 nights but eat out the 2nd night and had breakfast elsewhere, personal choice.
Would have been nice if the open fire was lit.

Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, chaleureux.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Hakone et se rendre facilement vers la zone volcanique d’Ōwakudani.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées, avec tout le nécessaire en matière de produits d’hygiène.

Concernant la demi-pension, les repas sont excellents. La cuisine peut être surprenante lorsque l’on n’est pas habitué à ce type d’alimentation mais c’est aussi ce qui fait le charme de l’expérience.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Väldigt prisvärt och fantastiskt läge nära linbanan och mycket god middag och frukost (förutsett att man gillar japansk mat) 2 dagar var perfekt för att hinna med utflykter och njuta av varma bad

Det hade varit trevligt om man kunde boka 45min av något av de två baden för att bada med sin fru.
Varken Jag eller frun hade något problem att sitta nakna med främmande personer MEN det hade varit trevligare med bara jag och frun

Nice break after a trip to Tokyo !
Pros:

Spacious room with small bathroom. Great Onsen. Meals are included in the price, all traditional Japanese. Nice common area to” chill “. Property is easily accessible by bus from Odawara, bus J5, stop 843 drops yiu off at the foot of the property. Staff is very friendly.

Pros:

員工都非常親切有禮，設備看起來有年代，但房間很大。泡湯的地方如其他評價說的，蠻小的，但是住客沒那麼多，去泡的時候都只有我一人，其實算是包場，也還好。餐點也可以吃的很飽，白飯還可以續！離早雲山站也算近，走路不遠，整體來說性價比很高。

鑰匙只有一隻，男女如果分別去泡湯，沒辦法自由行動，要約時間開門。
