Excellent location, super comfortable for families!
Pros:

The location was exceptional--literally steps from the Tawaramachi Station which gave us access to the Ginza line and was super easy to navigate. The suite itself was perfect for our family. The kids loved the lofted beds! All the beds were very comfortable with cozy linens and pillows. A huge number of toiletries were provided, and we made use of the fridge, combo microwave/oven, and washer/dryer. We really couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Tokyo.

Pros:

Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax and not be too close to each other. We loved having a washing machine/dryer and a large tub in the room. The room also had a table for us to sit and eat and a larger refrigerator to store food we picked up from a nearby grocery store. The hotel location is close to many attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, and it is off of a subway station making traveling around even easier.

Pros:

Good location. Hotel has all facilities. Cleaning service is done everyday.

Would be good if bedsheet can be changed everyday. There was no change during our 6 nights stay.

Great quiet location but near all the shops, restaurants and transport.
Pros:

Loved the location. Lots of shops and convenience stores around. 7-ELEVEN 1 min walk which was a plus with the kids getting smoothies daily. Nice size apartment. Having a washer/dryer was great but be aware it takes 4-5 hours for wash/dryer. We used it daily during our stay. Only downside is that there are no windows. There’s a small one in the office as you enter and a door to a small balcony. We didn’t spend any time in the room except for sleeping so it was fine. They have lots of amenities and free coffee and water in the lobby. Loved having an elevator too. They keep your bags if you arrive early so was a plus. Our room was ready at noon so they let us check in early which was great.

Great place to stay for families. Highly recommend
Pros:

The location was great. Very near to a train station, near to asakusa, but not too crowded. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff
Pros:

Very good location- close to subway stop, restaurants, shops. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Room was dark with limited windows. Workout room disappointing- only 2 treadmills and a bike.
