Pros:

清潔感があり、設備も整っていた。
ウェルカムスイーツのサービスや連泊のシーツ交換は、要らないというと、お土産チケットをいただけたりとうれしいサービスがありました。

Cons:

少しですが、洗面所の水圧が弱かったように感じました。

残念な点もあったけど、それを上回る満足感！
Pros:

前にも泊まったことがあるのですが、とにかくかわいい！
ホテルの全てがかわいいし、高級感もあって、清潔。
立地も良い。
なんと言っても朝食ブュッフェが最高です。

Cons:

こちらからの予約だったからか、ウェルカムスイーツがなかった。前回、コロナ禍で安くなっていた時に行ったのですが、カップデザートを「賞味期限が近いので、すぐに食べるなら…」といただいたので、ちょっと期待しちゃいました。
朝食会場のオムレツを焼く女性スタッフと相性が悪いらしく、前回も今回も彼女の対応に不満が残りました。

欲を言えば、暖房設備が古いのか、効きすぎたり、効かなかったりしました。

素晴らしい
Pros:

宿泊者はショップが5%オフになる、宿泊特典でグッズがもらえる、15〜18:00まではウェルカムドリンクとデザート付き(シャンパンまでついてる)。館内はすごく可愛かったし記念撮影もできるし楽しかった。女子旅に特におすすめ。値段も安すぎるくらい、また是非泊まりたいです！

のんびり過ごしたいホテル
Pros:

ウェルカムスイーツや朝食は大満足。部屋も広くて雰囲気、可愛さあり居心地良く過ごせました。

Cons:

特に問題は無かったですが、あえて言うなら以前宿泊した時のほうがスタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくれたような気がします。
