フロントのなにげない対応が良かった
Pros:

スタッフの対応が非常に好印象でした。いらっしゃいませ、など普通の接客部分がきっちりできているが、そこが第一印象で好感度ばっちりです。また機会があったら利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

８時４５分（９時までが朝食時間）まで受付の〆朝食会場でした。混雑を避け８：３０に入場し、今日はパンを食べたいと入場パンがない状態でした。私含め３人しかいませんでしたが、補充できるのであれば何回か従業員の方で様子見している方が声掛けしてしてくれるなどしてくれればもっと良かった（フードロスになるので無条件で補充しろとは言いませんが気遣いできるのではと少し感じました）

総体的には90点
Pros:

あまり期待をしていなかった朝食、和食に関して品揃えも豊富にあり、カレーまであったので満足度100%！

いつでもコーヒーが飲めるのもGOOD！！

Cons:

テレビの画面がでてこず、スタッフに来ていただく。
説明書があると良かった。

シングルの部屋に無理矢理ベッド二つ置いてある感じでガッカリした。

朝まだ滞在してるのに、部屋前に変えのシーツ等が置かれてあり、不快だし歩き難かった。
