персонал дуже уважний і привітний, природа неперевершена, було приємно провести тут час.
Pros:

Ми приіхали подивитись салют на озері. До озера пішки 5хвилин, тому ми гарно провели час.

Do not expect view of Fujisan.
Pros:

The hotel is in the Yamanakako area .. quite peaceful and close to Fujisan. We booked 1 double room and one triple room for 5 persons which they finally upgraded to 2 triple rooms. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms with forest view. A lot of free parking space which is full of tour buses at nights.

Cons:

From the hotel we could not see Fujisan as expected. Bathroom lock was not functioning and it was not fixed eventhough we informed the reception.

部屋が広くて清潔感があって、お食事もおいしくてカニ🦀食べ放題で贅沢感を感じました。　ありがとうございます。

客は外国人の方が多い為、かなり、うるさかった…😞

カニ食べ放題プランでお得感がありました。

Cons:

カニ食べ放題じゃなかったら、食事はイマイチだったかもしれません。
大浴場も夜23時までで、朝は入れないのが残念でした。
