・For the guest that stay several nights, bed linens and room attire will be changed every two nights (3rd and 5th nights)

Very spacious and comfortable
Pros:

I really liked the room, very spacious and a lot of room to relax and sleep. Best aspect was the bathroom, absolutely loved the shower and heating towel rack

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Cons:

Quite a distance to the Kyoto station. If taking the Shinkansen with luggage, best is to take a taxi.

Amazing interior and spacious, which that lacks in hotels in Japan.
Amazing bathroom
The area is quite but not so far from the center. Direct bus from Kyoto station, center and Gion district.
The staff was incredible and also you can see huge Koi fishes

Pros:

This boutique property is away from the busy stretches yet you can walk there if you wish. There is a laundromat within 100m, as well as 2 supermarkets. Of course many eateries as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was so quiet and spacious.

Best hotel in Japan.
Pros:

Beautiful little hotel, huge very comfortable bed. Nice big shower/wet room, and additional seating area with extra tv. Great location, and well, the staff were 11, out of 10, so helpful and friendly. Always a smiley cheery face to welcome you.

Cons:

Only negative, no black tea, but i am sure if we had asked they would have found some.

Soggiorno super, la camera era bellissima, gigante e con tutti i comfort. Posizione non centralissima, ma comoda e vicina a bus e metro. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole godersi un soggiorno rilassante e comodo.
