Pros:

In a place with a lot of VERY expensive properties, this one is reasonable. The Japanese style room we stayed in was nice, and it had an attached private onsen.

Cons:

When we were checking in, the attendant (through a translation app) informed us there was no hot water, and no chance of it being fixed during our stay. She told us we could bathe in the public onsen, except from 7-midnight when it is already booked. (?) No solutions were offered, and no compensation, so we started looking for a different place to stay. That's when she switched us to another room that DID have hot water. The room was lovely (except for a shard of glass on the tatami floor that my husband stepped on) but the customer service here left something to be desired.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay overall
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The atmosphere is relaxing and it feels like a perfect getaway. The staff was friendly and everything was well taken care of.

Cons:

The location is a bit far if you are traveling by public transportation, which can make it slightly inconvenient. Also, it would be great if the checkout time could be extended a little.

Pros:

Perfect location with excellent facilities and staff. Very close to the oishi park entrance where I went early morning to click beautiful Mount Fuji views with perfect visibility

Clean and would have been a great view of Fuji if the weather has been good!
Pros:

Clean and nice interiors. Fancy french inspired food. I liked that there was a non alcoholic wine pairing. The onsen was nice.

Cons:

We had a twin room. The bathroom is a little tight but manageable. We arrived before check in because that was when our bus was. We had planned to leave our bags and come back at check in - the staff let us leave our bags but I did feel a little rushed out. She told me a few times that check in was later when I was just waiting for my boyfriend to use the bathroom.

Amazing room for great price!
Pros:

Great views, unlucky I couldn't see Fuji due to weather conditions but I expected this could be the possibility. The view is still nice, overlooking quiet japanese neighborhood, very close to bus station (5 min walk) where you can catch bus to Kawaguchiko station (around 580¥) or even to Tokyo (don't know price)
The receptionist was very nice guy who explained everything to me, booked me in for a private hot bath in the building (you can choose from two) which was absolutely amazing after long day!!
Bed is comfortable as well. Room was spacious and had a great deep bath!

Cons:

Due to the rain it was a pretty cold. I had to turn on AC to heat up the room a little bit because I did not see any other way of heating the room. But because the AC is at the ceiling (good for cooling) it's not good for heating up. So I took the hot bath and run straight for the bed :)

Beautiful spa hotel with great rooms!
Pros:

Loved the room, amenities and overall vibe. The staff was very sweet!

Cons:

We went in mid March and there were almost no restaurants within walking distance, especially for dinner. You definitely need or want a car during this time of year.
