Beautiful spa hotel with great rooms!
Pros:

Loved the room, amenities and overall vibe. The staff was very sweet!

Cons:

We went in mid March and there were almost no restaurants within walking distance, especially for dinner. You definitely need or want a car during this time of year.

食・景色ともに美を極められる時間
Pros:

マウンテンビューのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、レストランの夕食・朝食時のお席も富士山が正面に見えるようなお席にしてくださり、本当に満足しました。こちらのオーベルジュはロケーションがすばらしいだけでなく、シェフのフレンチも本当に美しく、おいしかったです。ソフトクリームで有名な富士山の絶景ポイントから徒歩５分くらいでアクセスもとても良いし、貸し切り風呂もありますので、おすすめです。

Amazing view for a good price
Pros:

値段の割に満足感の有るいい宿でした
Pros:

部屋への案内、館内の利用案内など親切に帯同してくれて丁寧だった
部屋の広さ、雰囲気とも想像以上で、富士山の眺めも最高でした
値段の割には夕食、朝食とも素晴らしかった
提案された家族風呂も広さ湯加減とも良かった

Cons:

設備が大分老朽化しているようで、ドアノブのガタつき、エアコンのノイズや外れそうな吹き出し口の枠をテープで止めてあるとか、風呂の天井の水がちょうど更衣室への出口の所で垂れて来て冷たい思いをした等、不便はないもののちょっと気になった

Nice people but disappointing
Pros:

The staff was nice and you can see mt Fuji
Also the private onsen was really cool

Cons:

Everything was really old and the door let a lot of light and noice threw so I didn’t sleep so good.
Also the location is really away from everything an the last bus left at 6
I’m really sorry but I can’t recommend
