Pros:

Das personal ist super freundlich. Highlight ist der privat nutzbare onsen.
Die Räder konnten wir unkompliziert in der Tiefgarage parken

Cons:

Frühstück und Abendessen muss viel zu früh reserviert werden und war unserer Meinung nach auch zu teuer

Pros:

We intentionally chose a place on the far side of the lake and it met all of our expectations. Fabulous view of Mount Fuji. The staff were beyond kind and helpful, the best service we have received during our entire visit to Japan so far. We couldn't be happier.

Disappointing, badly run down hotel, not good value for money, but a stunning location.
Pros:

The location was great, but the hotel was extremely badly maintained and barely met minimum acceptable standards despite being one of the more expensive hotels during our stay. The open lounge at the back is a newer addition which had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji.

Cons:

The toilet piping and one of the beds were held together with duct tape. The air conditioner in our room was also taped up (with paper tape) but rattled so badly that we had to sleep without it (not ideal in temperatures above 30 C). The bed was hard and there were only 2 extremely thin pillows - we asked for more, but they were only reluctantly supplied. The walls were scuffed, had holes in places and dirty fingerprints. The shower was so tiny it was extremely difficult to maneuver in. The room wasn't serviced during our stay. The door in one of the rooms was falling apart and the walls were very thin

いい滞在でした！
Pros:

古めの建物ではありましたが、中はとっても綺麗に清潔にされていて、心地よく過ごすことができました。この値段で貸切温泉を1時間利用することが出来るのは本当にお得だと感じました。ホテル内も外も忙しすぎず、
近くにコンビニや、飲食店もあったので、便利で、満足しています！

Cons:

窓のブラインドが緩めで、早い時間から朝日が入り込み、かなり部屋が明るくなってしまったところが少し残念でした。
